The property is beautifully situated on a slope, embedded by green nature. The space radiates a dreamy Scandinavian lightness. The roof-slope adds spaciousness & air to the atmosphere. Spacious and cozy loft on the ground floor of an old traditional house in the beautiful and quaint core of Splügen. Small outdoor terrace to dine at the sound of a stream. A few steps from the departure of the cableway and at the center of a network of trails for hiking and mountain biking. Tastefully furnished: a double bedroom (with skylight instead of window), a small children's room with no window, a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, a modern kitchen and bright and warm living room.

Donat is a farmer village with approx. 260 inhabitants. Away from mass tourism but with a long history of hospitality you can meet the locals and their lifestyles and get around by foot, bus or car. The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).

My place offers a good starting point for various activities for hikers, boulderers, bikers, families or people looking for relaxation and wellness. In 2 minutes' walk you are in the village center and thus by public transport. You'll love my place because of the quiet location with the direct, beautiful view of the Hinterrhein and the mountain landscape. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 2 kids.

Die Unterkunft liegt an erhöhter, sonniger Lage in der Gemeinde Sufers, ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Sitzplatz mit Blick in die Berge und auf den See. Die Wohnung bietet Unterkunft für vier Personen, zwei im Schlafzimmer, zwei im Wohnzimmer. Im Dorf bestehen Einkaufssmöglichkeiten im Primo-Laden und in der Sennerei. Auf Wunsch kann auch das Frühstück bebucht werden, Bedingungen anfragen.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.

Farm holidays

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our 3½ room apartment (6 people) can also be extended to a 4½ room apartment (8 to 9 people)! Directly above the house is our farm shop, the seating area with fireplace, the large playground with playground equipment and some of our small animals. Anyone who wants to help in the barn, garden, field or with the animals is welcome.
