Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sujeong-gu

It was very clean, the room was big, and it was suitable for 4 people to hang out. There was no inconvenience because the barbecue facilities were good.

The host was so responsive, friendly, accommodating and kind. The unit is perfect. A lot better than 3-star hotels. The house was very clean. Every little things were thought off for all that you will need. Very homey feel at the same time you will feel that you really are in Korea because of the local neighborhood. We had a very good sleep with the comfortable beds. There are still lots of space to move around for the 5 of us. Very clean and spacious toilet and bath for Korean accommodation. Walking distance from Seoul Station. We are very happy and satisfied staying here. Will stay again when we travel again to Korea.

It was the best place I've ever used Airbnb! Every time I went somewhere, I paid a lot of attention to cleanliness, but it was so clean and tidy that there was nothing to fault. I was so grateful for the sense of preparing something to eat simply and for asking me about this and that and for contacting me quickly and very kindly😊😊. If you walk a little, there are many things to enjoy, such as Haenggung-dong and Suwon Hwaseong, and if you go a little, there are Suwon Station and Ingye-dong, so the accessibility is good. Hahaha. If I have to go to Suwon in the future, I will only go here!!!!!!!! Everything is perfect, so if you're wondering where to go in Suwon, go here ~~!

It was the same as the photos, and it was a place where you could tell that a lot of attention was paid to the interior. The living room, kitchen, bedroom, and beam projector room are each separated, so it's great to spend time with your group separately. It was especially nice to be able to watch the movie by gathering in the space where the beam was installed! There is also a washing machine, so it seems very useful if you are staying for more than one night. I want to use it again when I come to Suwon next time!

I had a wonderful time in Seoul thank to Juyoung. The apartment is near Seoul station and perfect to travel in and out of the city. Juyoung always answered quickly to my questions and was very kind. Thank you so much!

The photos and the condition of the accommodation matched, and I stayed for about 2 days, but the bedding was so clean, and the neighborhood was quiet, so it was okay:)

Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

It's a good accommodation for healing. There is a Baeksasil Valley right in front, and it was nice to be able to do light hiking in Bukaksan.

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

Staying at Alexis and Elly’s place was amazing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. But what made it special were the details that created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the bathroom, there was everything from a foot scrub to hair oil. In the living room, we found a foot massager, an electric blanket (who knew those existed?!), and many thoughtful touches. The breakfasts and cleaning service? Truly incredible — we’ve never seen that anywhere else. Special highlights: big towels (a rare find in Korea!) and a spacious walk-in closet, which was such a pleasant surprise. Alexis also sent us a detailed guide to Seoul, including a Christmas market we visited — her recommendations were fantastic. It’s clear Alexis and Elly are travelers themselves — they’ve thought of everything a guest might need. And most importantly, we felt their care through every message. Highly recommend this place — it’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed in!

Clean apartment convenient to the heart of Seoul including transportation.

I booked it and went really urgently, but it was nice that the communication was good because the response was quick. The accommodation was clean and urgent, but it was much better than a motel or hotel. The house was tidy, the bathroom, and it was nice to feel that you paid a lot of attention to everything!

The accommodation experience is super good, it is located in a residential area and is very quiet at night, the kitten is also very cute ~ The room is just like the photo, the landlord speaks Chinese very well!!Don't worry about language communication, the people are very, very nice, you can contact him if you have any problems, I hope Santa can make your wish come true this year🛗

This hanook was so delightful and Jooseok was very kind and attentive. He helped us so much to navigate our visit (both to and from the home) Also, the space was beautiful and the neighborhood incredible. The hosts are a couple who live in a traditional Korean home, located in a residential area but in the heart of downtown. Highly recommended for those who want to have an authentic experience. Breakfast is prepared by the hosts and is very good, homey and traditional. Beyond expectations

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
