Large and spacious apartment in the basement of a detached house in Ålesund, with one bedroom, spacious living room with sofa bed, newly renovated kitchen and great bathroom. Beautiful location on Ålesund's outermost island, close to sea and mountains, with beautiful views over fjord, mountains and the Sunnmørsalpene. We live in the house ourselves and share the laundry room in the basement. We use this as little as possible when visiting. The apartment is an excellent starting point for experiences in Ålesund and the surrounding areas. Possibility of renting a motorboat (40hp) and fishing equipment/water skis/Tube

The house is located at the top of a building area, at the end of a dead end street. There is a short distance to Ålesund city center and Moa shopping center if you want to go shopping. The location of the house is unique and you can put on your hiking shoes and walk for hours in the mountains directly from the property. Beautiful nature, swimming areas and playground arranged just in the immediate area. Devoldfabrikken among others.

Here you will find a beach, as well as the possibility to borrow a canoe and SUP for free. Here you can also find a sports park with football pitches and Norway's most beautiful disc golf course. It takes 15 min to walk (5 min by car) to the speedboat that takes you to the city center of Ålesund in 7 minutes.
