It takes about 12-15 min to drive to Svandalen ski resort, 5 min to golf course, 10 min to walk to swimming pool with outdoor pool. There are amazing hiking areas nearby. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. The only thing you can bring is bed linen and towels. There is garden furniture, fishing equipment, various games such as badminton, frisbee and horseshoes and an e-bike that you can use

The house is located in beautiful Parkveien, right next to Sneath's Park in Åbøbyen, which is the garden city built for the factory in the early 1900s. The house is in original style, but is completely renovated. The house has 4 floors with 4 bedrooms spread over the different floors. It is suitable for 2 families. Short distance to Sauda bath, duck pond, shops, pharmacy and wine monopoly. Courtyard with space for two cars. Walking distance to the speedboat dock where the boat from Stavanger arrives. Bedding can be rented for NOK 150 per set.

Welcome to our rich and spacious cabin right by Sauda Ski Resort. There is room for the whole extended family here! The cabin is idyllically located surrounded by beautiful nature and nice hiking areas and top tours. Only 300 meters from the ski lift, and a 10 min. drive to Sauda city center which has a lot to offer. Among other things, heated indoor and outdoor pools, cinema, cafes, shops, library, golf course and other nice things. Bring the family to feed the ducks at the duck pond or take a round of mini golf for example.

Ski lift with the possibility of cross-country skiing and slalom in Svandalen and Gullingen (45 mins. drive). New swimming facilities at Sand, Suldal Bad (about 30 mins. drive). Barbecue in the garden. Large and good bathroom. This is life in the countryside. Light the fireplace and play a game in the evening. Possible to rent a wood-fired sauna.

Cabin on Nesflaten in Suldal

Welcome to our peaceful paradise on Nesflaten between high mountains by Suldalsvannet. In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central to the local store where there is the possibility of both electric car charging and filling of fuel. There are many great hiking opportunities nearby such as to Nipe, Snønuten and Melen. The cabin is located approx. halfway between Røldal (30 km) and Gullingen (46 km) which is known for great winter activities.
