We saw cardinals, robins, blue jays, starlings, finches, wrens, brown thrushes, and a group of baby squirrels in the back yard. The kitchen was just right. The house itself was so cool! The towels were big and fluffy and smelled wonderful. The washer and dryer worked great and were a huge help. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were in Bristol for the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals. We were later getting to the track and the house was so close to the speedway that we could hear the top fuel runs- which was great. Our dog is large and has lots of energy, but the yard is so big it tired even him out. The coolest thing of all was Stephen's music room! He had instruments, artwork from his best friend ( who we met, who was awesome) games, books, dog toys, kid toys, we LOVED that room! Stephen, you are a wonderful host with a wonderful house. I hope you let us come back and rent it again soon.

Heather and the uptown colonial property is amazing! It is down town but located on it's own property. It offers plenty of private parking and a very quiet and cozy back yard right outside the door. Inside is no different it too is very quiet and cozy. You will find the inside very clean and very well organized with everything you should need! Heather as a person is amazingly sweet and kind. A true hostess with the mostess! She went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful! Her personality and attitude towards her guests is second to none. You would be very hard pressed to find a hostess with more hospitality than she has! If you are looking at one of her properties look no further. You will not be disappointed at all! It says 5 stars but I give Heather and her uptown colonial property 10 stars easy!! I honestly can't say one bad thing it was a wonderful stay!!

Morgan’s place had everything you could need. Was super clean and she quickly responded to any questions we had. We will be back.

I wish I could give this space 10 stars. One of our all-time favorites. I love the beautiful, moody, elegant decor, comfortable beds and plush towels and linens. It's like being hosted by a dear friend in her own upscale home. We traveled with our 13 year old son and had plenty of space. My husband and son loved the huge selection of Keurig pods, and while we didn't take anything from the snack basket, it was such a nice touch! Instead of leaving the bare minimum of towels and supplies, Deanna makes sure you have plenty of whatever she provides. She is very responsive and helpful. The instructions and recommendations are clear and helpful. She doesn't expect you to do much at all when you leave and most of the things are "if you want to". I can't recommend this beautiful, jewel box of a space enough. We definitely will book again if it's available when we come back through. If not this one, I'd look for anything else Deanna hosts. This is exactly what you hope to find when booking!

This was my first stay at an Airbnb, and it was lovely and peaceful. I instantly felt right at home and recommend it for anyone looking to stay in Mountain City. Debbi was a wonderful host!

I really enjoyed my stay at Pam’s place. It was well lit at night and I felt very safe. The neighborhood was quiet. The apartment is perfect for one or two people. Very clean and comfortable. The bed was very nice. I slept like a baby. Pam is a wonderful host, checking in with me to see if I needed anything after my arrival. I will definitely be booking her place again when I come to visit Bristol.

Wonderful home to stay in! it is way bigger than we expected and was perfect after a long day of travel to relax in. Both bedrooms are very comfortable. Cheryl was wonderful and very accommodating for us!

I booked a stay at Carrol's place while I was in TN looking for a place to live, and it was hands down the best rental experience I've ever had. She is so kind and hospitable, and it was wonderful getting to know her and her furry friends! The apartment is very cozy, was super clean, and has everything you need including a full kitchen. Very peaceful surroundings and you can see the mountains from the driveway! I sadly had to cut my trip short, but would 1100% stay again if I'm back in the area. Thank you Carrol!

This home was perfect for a visit to the tri-cities area. It was so welcoming and every little detail was clearly carefully considered for the comfort of guests. Even the check-out requirements were exceedingly reasonable and not the least difficult or burdensome. This Boone Lake neighborhood is off the main road enough to feel secluded but close enough to make traveling to anywhere in the area convenient. We had a terrific, though short, visit and would definitely want to stay again on our next visit. One of the best Airbnb's we have visited - I would (and did to friends in the area) highly recommend.

Probably our best AirBNB stay to date. Sonja's communication skills are spot on! She is informative, engaged, and kept in contact throughout our stay. As organized people ourselves, her "informational binder" is something all hosts should have. No guessing. All information is there in print should you need to refer back to it. Condo was clean, smelled great, and had personal touches along with the amenities listed. Location was perfect as we were in town for the NASCAR race. Walked over and back without fighting traffic. Pristine Place. Place spotless. If you forgot something, no worries, she has it, event 1st aid kits. Bathrooms well stocked, hair dryers, bathing supplies, even a fan if needed. TV Plenty of supplies (dish detergent, trash bags, coffees, snacks, etc). The place was so cozy, and beds very comfortable. Responsiveness superb. Quick response to any question you may have. She even sends messages to check to see how everything is going. Wonderful Experience and will definitely stay again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and experience!!!

The host provided us with great directions and the location was perfect for our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this host and condo for your visit to Bristol!
