The S-Bahn runs every 30 minutes without changing trains to Messe, Hauptbahnhof and Hauptwache. Shopping for everyday needs within walking distance, a large shopping center (MTZ) with huge parking lot within 7 minutes by car.

Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
