The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room with a double bed is separated from the room with a bunk bed by a wardrobe. Wi-Fi with 250 Mbit/s is at your disposal. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you are already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

Holliday Appartment - Eigenhof 1 - Germany

The Eigenhof is located near Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest Staufer city. Many historical sights in Rems and Kochertal can be reached quickly. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in the forest and meadows. We look forward to welcoming families with children, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung im Untergeschoss mit eigenem Eingang, perfekt für Gäste, die eine ruhige und komfortable Unterkunft in Schwäbisch Hall suchen. Ausstattung: Eigene Küche und Bad Lage: Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt. Mit dem Bus sind es nur 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum, und wer lieber spazieren geht, kann die Innenstadt in etwa 30 Minuten über einen Wanderweg erreichen.

The room is equipped with a comfortable 1.40 m bed, sofa and armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small kitchen with basic equipment and a smart TV. The bathroom for private use is located across the hall. You can reach the guest room via your own terrace (6 steps). This is a non-smoking room.

The question about the reason for the trip is a requirement of Airbnb, but not important to me, just enter ok for example!
