Located within the historic Leoni Palace, dating back to the 14th century, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxurious and pictoresque 75 sqm apartment. Positioned at the canal bridge level. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a compact bathroom with shower and premium amenities. Each room boasts stunning views of the canal. Additionally, every room is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, and a Smart TV in the master bedroom.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Your data is shared only with the police and the municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.

Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Located on the outskirts of Portogruaro, the apartment offers a pleasant space to relax and a large garden for the little ones to play or for a pleasant evening under the trees. A few kilometers from the seaside resorts of Bibione, Caorle and Lignano and well connected by the railway line to Venice and Trieste. Close to the mountains and the Prosecco hills.
