Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Summerlin South

The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Has lots of utensils and China if you plan to cook. The pool table is a great plus but the tip of the stick are broken and needs to be replaced. The mat in the kitchen unsafe as I tripped many times on it. Shower needs some mats so went you open the shower door you have some to step other that water. (Nel was made aware and she plan to correct) Nel was amazing she communicated with me throughout the stay and made sure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

My family had a wonderful time staying here. Everything was so clean and all ehw amenities were awesome! the pool was great! The location is centrally located to get anywhere in the Las Vegas area. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time, visiting the area for a 50th Anniversary celebration for my in-laws. The house was clean and beautiful, with so many extra touches and provided toiletries. The pool area was beautiful and a welcome hang out spot with our two grown kids to beat the Vegas heat. Our host was graciously able to extend a late check out, which was so helpful with a long last day and a red eye flight out that evening. We were able to come back from out last family gathering that morning, relax a little, and freshen up before our flights. We would definitely stay again.

House was everything that was described. Pool was wonderful and refreshing on a couple really hot days. Everything was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this home. We did have a little issue getting the waterfall to work, but Melissa responded immediately and solved our issue. Great home, with great host! Thank you!!

This property is in a beautiful location. Super safe and at home feeling. Stores are close for convenience. The pool is great for relaxing. Flexible check out times which was amazing!! I would 100% stay here again. Loved every part of this stay!! Thank you to the hosts!!

The place was beautiful and the pool was perfect for the hot weather. We wanted to stay away from the Strip, and this location was the ideal distance—private, peaceful, and quiet. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

Very clean and everything looked new. Had everything like at home to make our 7 day stay very comfortable. Host quickly responded to any questions pre-arrival. Host had a guest info booklet that told us how to use all appliances and things to do. Very quiet neighborhood and felt safe at night The only negative was the latch on the front door security screen did not latch and thus we could not secure the door to leave it open for fresh air. Fortunately it was cool enough so no need to leave interior front door open Otherwise excellent stay. Our friends leave only 2 blocks from here so very convenient and we will be back

We really enjoyed our stay at Greg’s place. The kitchen was well equipped, which made it easy for us to cook dinner several times during our 9 night stay. We took full advantage of the swimming pool, using it nearly every day, and the heated hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Red Rock National Park, is just under a 20 minute drive away, it was a highlight that we visited multiple times. Greg was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return.

Very happy I stayed with Marco and Gabriella! They were very responsive and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect as it was close enough to the strip but far enough to offer a quiet place to relax after a long day of events. The place was exactly as described and professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. Make sure you purchase bottled water before because the apartment kitchen is completely empty besides included coffee and tea.

Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. King size bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Having a washer and dryer is handy. The location is near shopping, restaurants and the "Strip", but, most important you are near all the highways. My stay was peaceful was able to walk the ten minutes to the neighborhood park and walk or watch youth baseball games. Carmen was quick to respond when I was unable to access the internet (my fault).

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Honestly one of the best airbnb I have ever seen. Beautiful inside private and very clean. I loved it and for my first time in Vegas I couldn’t have stayed in a better spot. Definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone. Amazing!

The moment I stepped into the condo I said, I want a place like this. It was spacious, clean, & comfortable. It’s perfect! The neighbor hood was quiet. There are many restaurants & stores near by. The condo is located 20 minutes away from the Las Vegas strip. We look forward to staying at the condo again. Also, Allan is so easy to communicate with.

It was my husband’s and I favorite place. The view was great and the place itself was home away from home. We would definitely book again!! Irene and her co-hosts were very friendly. Loved loved the birthday glass we found, perfect for the occasion. Thank you!!

Was a great peaceful stay, close to everywhere we went to. Will was very nice and very responsive. There was one issue with the bathroom but he let us know about it ahead of time and did not bother us at all. A great host!

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

A beautiful two bedroom condo nestled in a lovely community. Pool access, and plenty to do in the neighborhood. Condo was fully loaded with every amenity you’d need to stay comfortably. Clean furnishings, very comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. Ample space for multiple guests. Would absolutely stay here again, 10 out of 10!
