Kousek od pláže, sejde se jen po schodech. Bazén super osvěžující, možnost využít lehátka u bazénu. Ubytování prostorné, vše čisté, parkování u ubytování. Za nás hodnotíme vše skvělé a byli jsme moc spokojeni. Určitě doporučujeme, hostitelé moc milý a vyšli nám ve všem vstříc.

Відпустка пройшла чудово, апартаменти чисті, недалеко від моря, на території є парковка та басейн який підходить для діток, є балкон де можна посидіти ввечері або зранку, рекомендую!!!

Had a great stay at Yelena's apartment. The place is cozy and full of light, equipped with all necessary items for comfortable living. Plenty of towels and bed linens, washing machine, WiFi. Big swimming pool with beautiful illumination at night.  Convenient location with easy 7-10 mins walk to the beach and many supermarkets around. Yelena and her husband Charlie are very pleasant hosts, always reachable and ready to answer any questions. They helped with our airport transfers and even drove me to Burgas in the middle of the night that I'm very grateful for. Definitely recommend to book with them without any hesitation

It was overall great experience you have pool in the complex and with the bus u can go to the center of sunny beach for 1 euro only so it was good bargain offer

Martin 's Apartment was everything advertised and even more. we did not check in until 11.45pm due to flights and there was a present surprise in the fridge for us, bottle of wine, nice cakes & 2 bottles of water. The views are stunning from the apartment and there is a corner shop 3 minutes walk,. for an evening bigger shopping experience there is a full size supermarket within 14 walk. From this supermarket you can also catch the local bus to Sunny Beach & Nessebar. bus no 5 & 8 ( 2 lev each way ) if one prefers there is a taxi stand 5 minutes from apartment. Also room to park a car if you have one hired. we eat at some local restaurants and the food was wonderful. I nearly forgot to mention the pool, local beach 4m walk. & one can also catch the water taxi to Nessebar. 10m walk from the apartment.we reached out to Martin on 3 occasions and he came straight back with advise.I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment to anyone. Krasne miesto, velky komfortny apartman s obrovskou terasou. Stravili sme tu krasny mesiac, vrelo vsetkym odporucame, urcite by sme sa vratili, nadherne miesto. Dakujeme majitelovi za jeho skvely pristup a krasny apartman

Apartament foarte frumos cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru a te simți ca acasă !! Melanie este o super gazda,răspunde în timp și eficient la fel și Danny (managerul) !!lPlaja este la 10 min de mers pe jos dar până la plajă te poți răcori în piscina complexului!noi am profitat din plin de piscină și terasa spațioasă !Mutumim Melanie și sigur ne vedem la anul !!! Recomand cu încredere !!

A lovely house in Sozopol First of all Radostina is a kind person. She and her husband helped us a lot not only when we arrive but also before with recommendations about the parking situation. They offered us a parking spot for free near the port and also helped us when we arrive by discussing the price for parking with the locals for us. The house they offered was perfect, like a fairy tale in a dreamy town like Sozopol is. The house was very clean, 3 perfect bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen with living. Radostina and her husband were there for us all the time during our stay in Sozopol. Overall this was the perfect stay. I will recommend Radostina in the future as a host and as a human being! Thank you so much for making our stay here perfect and wonderful.

My friend and I visited Sozopol for the first time and picked Милена’s apartment because of the proximity to the beach and it was incredible! Very clean and spacious, with a porch facing the ocean. The neighborhood/street was also quiet so we could hear the ocean at night. There were also great places to eat nearby, and it was only a short walk to the older part of Sozopol. It was easy to check in and leave, and we would certainly hope to stay there again if we come back to Sozopol!

Гарне розташування, близько до центру та близько до моря. Поряд магазинчик. Трошки заголосно з дороги, але відпочинку не заважає. Наявність двох ванних кімнат великий бонус! Кухня повністю укомплектована - холодильник, морозильна камера, духовка, плита, посудомийна та пральна машини. Чистий постіль та рушники. Помешкання було дуже чистим, коли ми приїхали. Дякую за гарний відпочинок.

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment with many amenities, with a lot of dedication. Lots of closet space. A very friendly and helpful host who goes out of his way to please his guests. Very suitable for a longer stay on the Black Sea. We recommend the apartment.

Die Unterkunft ist in erster Reihe am schwarzen Meer. Man hat sowohl von der Terrasse als auch von den beiden Balkonen freien Blick auf das Meer und ist ca. 15m vom Wasser entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist Teil einer Appartementanlage. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist gut. Vielen Dank Marek das wir Deine Gäste sein durften. Es hat uns gut bei Dir gefallen.

It‘s a nice small apartment very close (5-10 min walking) to a calm part of the beach. Nice terrace to chill the the morning or the evening.

Mag jest bardzo uprzejmym gospodarzem. Po zmianie lotu powrotnego, pozwoliła nam nieodpłatnie zostać dłużej. To był nasz drugi pobyt u Mag i chcemy jeszcze tu wrócić.... Pozdrawiamy 🙂

Прекрасный комплекс, отличные аппартаменты! Замечательное расположение! Нам очень понравилось! Когда бронировала немного переживала по поводу отсутствия кроватей. Но оказалось, что все очень удобно разместились. Кухня оборудована лучше всяких ожиданий, вся техника прекрасно работает. На территории комплекса есть подземный паркинг. Цена паркоместа 8 лев, но мы ставили машину рядом с комплексом на улице. Свободные места были всегда. Anastasia отвечает очень оперативно. Спасибо за предоставленную возможность отдохнуть!

Мое восхищение и благодарность измеряется морскими величинами! Я унесу в сердце прекрасные воспоминании о Элените, море-пляже, бассейнах, инжире-арбузах, рапанах, нудистском пляже, лесных тропах, бетонной площадке для обозрения, Негреско, вид с окна на какродные горы, атмосферную квартиру в которой есть ровно столько сколько нужно для комфортного отдыха и решения житейских вопросов. Я люблю это все и уезжаю. чтобы вернуться. Да сопутствует вам, Катерина, удача !

Отличная квартира в 200 м от пляжа,парковка возле дома,много магазинов,нам все очень понравилось,отзывчивая хозяйка,жили семьей,рекомендую

Мы отдыхали у Доброслава весь июль. Доброслав организовал такси от аэропорта до квартиры. Квартира большая, удобная, чистая. На большом балконе стоят садовые качели и большой стол. Вокруг много зелени. До пляжа 5 минут. Пляж песчаный и дно моря тоже. До магазинов 5 минут. Вдоль моря расположены всевозможные кафе в огромном количестве. Нам понравилась погода в июле. Днем умеренно жарко, а ночью прохладно. Море достаточно теплое. По городу курсирует экскурсионный двухэтажный автобус до старого города Несебр. Детям понравилось ехать на втором этаже. Мы хорошо отдохнули в Равде.

This is my second stay at the same apartment in Kosharitsa, and I just love it. I came with my pregnant wife, and 2 kids (1.5 years and 6 years), and trust me when I say it is perfect for family. What I really liked is that it is a closed resort - so I can give the kid the freedom to wander around and play with other kids without constant supervision. In addition, as I am usually in June (off season), we get the whole resort jus for us and few other couples. I saw some reviews about being in the middle of nowhere—it is true, 7km from the sea. But I have to mention it is near a forest, so the air is pretty clean and fresh in the evenings. And the restaurant is so cheap, that cooking at home becomes obsolete. I definitely recommend it, and I am coming again in June 2025 - hopefully with 3 kids.

Проживание в этих апартаментах было очень и очень комфортным. Тут есть все необходимое для комфортной жизни. В апартаментах было все идеально чисто. Очень хорошее место расположения, очень близко находятся кафе, магазины, несколько пляжей. Хозяева прекрасные и очень доброжелательные люди, живут в соседних апартаментах и всегда готовы помочь. Хозяйка Яна была так любезна, что на время нашего проживания предоставила нам абсолютно безвозмездно свою парковку прямо у входа в дом), это было очень неожиданно и приятно). Рядом с домом есть как бесплатные парковочные места (к сожалению не всегда свободные, но мы не один раз видели свободные места), так и платные парковки. Дом находится на закрытой территории. Двор это отдельная история), прекрасный басеин, море зелени, детская площадка. Все компактно, но очень красиво и удобно. Очень понравился сам городок, тихий, чистый, уютный. Очень рекомендуем всем эти апартаменты, и сами с удовольствием сюда приехали бы ещё. Яна вам большое спасибо.
