Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sunrise Manor

Osmar was a fantastic host and the property is great and spacious for get togethers. My band was in town performing at Area15, so it was a great oasis for an easy hang and relaxing hq before and after our gig. The location isn’t too far from the strip or Fremont so it was a relatively affordable ride share to any nightlife in LV. But it’s far away enough to have a truly peaceful sleep with many people. I also have to note how accommodating Osmar is - as they did the best they could to help my group out when some of us arrived into town extremely early. I realize an early check-in can’t be accommodated every time since it really depends on how much cleaning there needs to be done, but Osmar managed to get us in early and for that we are greatly appreciative. I’d highly recommend this place as an option

Nerida's place is great. It's perfectly located, close to Las Vegas Strip and supermarkets such as Walmart. Nice bedroom and kitchen, it includes all the required stuff. Totally recommended.

It was comfortable, cozy, very clean n 8 of us have plenty of room n space. Home decor was beautiful and we felt so at home. It would be useful if we have some kitchen towels. Overall we really enjoyed a very comfortable stay.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently close to the Strip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the backyard as it provided a lovely space to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. The billiard table was a fantastic amenity and our family really enjoyed spending time together playing during our stay. We had a great experience at Adrian's property and would return again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

Jesuric and his team were super helpful and responsive! The house was great and the pool was a lovely addition in the Las Vegas heat. We came during a weather-crazy time, but overall the experience was great and the house was so clean and tidy. Being in the neighborhood helped us be close to family, too. Can't wait to visit again!

Quiet & family oriented neighborhood. Great pool & hot tub! House matched description perfectly. We do wish it would have had shaded seating in the back yard, that summer sun is brutal! The address on the app brought us to a house on Misty Ct, but we are Vegas natives so it was not hard for us to find it after that. It did not affect our stay at all. Next time we are in town we will definitely be staying again! Could not speak more highly of this property.

Jordan's place was beautiful! Everything looked new! The ac was great for hot Vegas! The shower was top tier! Loved it and would stay again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

I've stayed here before. Alexander is really good people. I needed a late checkout because it was 100+ degrees and I couldn't take my two little pups with me like I usually do. Alexander was able to accommodate my request and I will always remember and appreciate that. The air conditioning works great even in 100+ degrees too! Safe area for women traveling alone with less than fierce 12 pound dogs, and I would definitely stay here again. Angie

We would like to endlessly thank Bianca for being an amazing, superb, and very attentive and responsive host..Right from checking-in, we already felt at home and at peace..Bianca made sure everything went smooth and it did.. It’s a very cozy place with central AC even in the bedroom..Along with 2 TV’s, both in the living room and bedroom.. The washer and dryer came in clutch too..Wonderful amenities..And the place was perfectly clean.. We couldn’t of ask for a better stay and wished we stayed longer but had to fly back home..We’d love to stay much longer the next time..It’s a home away from home type vibe.. Was a great peaceful stay, close to everywhere we went to. Will was very nice and very responsive. There was one issue with the bathroom but he let us know about it ahead of time and did not bother us at all. A great host!

Perfect place to be in Vegas if you don’t want to spend a fortune. The apartment is very well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms, the host is friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The place is close to the airport but we didn’t hear the planes. We got more than we expected.

I really enjoyed my stay. Great location and a really nice bed and shower. Alexis was very responsive and the air bnb has everything you need. Great find if you are looking to stay away from the strip in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend a restaurant nearby called “Beso”

A beautiful two bedroom condo nestled in a lovely community. Pool access, and plenty to do in the neighborhood. Condo was fully loaded with every amenity you’d need to stay comfortably. Clean furnishings, very comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. Ample space for multiple guests. Would absolutely stay here again, 10 out of 10!
