House holiday rentals in Sunriver

10/10! Great location, peaceful and serene. Plenty for a couple of pre-teen boys to do, including pickleball, tennis, and bike riding. Great running and walking paths. We couldn't have asked for a better more affordable place for our family to feel at home while away from home!

Becky was an exceptional host and her place was perfect for our getaway! We highly recommend this cozy vacation home in a great location!

Had a great time staying at this cabin with my husband and my friend on New Years Eve. It’s close to the mountain, you don’t get bend traffic to snowboard. I also loved how welcoming they were with service animals, I had poor experiences previously with Airbnb’s and they made it feel like home for me and my dog :) The hot tub was nice add!

We had a great time at Shay's place while skiing at Mt. Bachelor. There were even fresh flowers there when we arrived!

This was a great house for a family vacation in SunRiver. The kids loved the game room and the house was cozy.

A perfect spot for our first family trip to Sunriver! We loved the location of this home, with easy access (by bike, on foot, or by car) to the restaurants and pools of Sunriver. Interior of the home is spotless and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed for cooking, entertainment, games and relaxation was provided. Would definitely come back. Thanks!

This house is beautiful! It was perfect for our family! The beds and furniture were all very comfortable! We were very happy with our stay!

What an absolutely beautiful home. We decided to head to Sunriver very last minute. Nicole replied to my message right away and the house was ready before we could even leave ours! The area was quiet, the kitchen was fully equipped. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. My only hope is, that this home is available for my next visit.

The house worked very well for our large family. In particular, the kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and well arranged. We fit everyone around the dining table. The living room fireplace is a nice touch; we wish the fireplace would have worked in the small family room, too. With four bedrooms and the loft, there is plenty of sleeping space. It would be nice to have another bathroom, but at least all the bathrooms have a shower. The kitchen has everything you need for food prep and lots of counter space. AvantStay says there is a drip coffee maker, but there is a Keurig as well; it would have been good to know that before we arrived. We parked one car in the garage; we could have parked two. That brings us to the pool/hot tub. AvantStay should say up front how much extra you pay to have the pool heated. Given the price of the rental, a heated pool should be included. One more nit to pick: The TVs take some learning. Apps should be up to date. Overall, a great home.

About equal distance from LaPine and Bend, which was perfect for us. Nothing around but houses; store and gas were about a ten minute drive away. Very, very peaceful and quiet

This house was immediately welcoming when we walked in and we felt right at home! It is close to so many activities and places to go eat and explore. If you like deer, squirrels, and a quiet cul de sac, this place is for you. Also, neighbors are so friendly!!

Jessica’s place was great! We had three families (6 adults and 6 kids) stay and there was plenty of sleeping space and space to hang out. The kids loved the retro arcade games in the garage and their bunk bed room upstairs! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking dishes, utensils, spices, etc. for us to be able to make big meals for all of us. The river was a really close walk and we loved hanging out back on the large deck!

Great stay over new years with four adults and two children. It is one of the more private homes in Sunriver, and everything was clean and comfortable!

Great, quiet location and an ideal, simple space for a family of 2-4. An easy bike/walk to groceries (and much more), 25 min from Bachelor…just the perfect place for our spring break.

Comfy home in the woods! This home is beautifully done. From the living room furniture to the beds, this is possibly the most comfortable home we have stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised by dog bowls and a long leash to attach our pup to. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. A BONUS: Each room has its own bathroom (only one has a bathtub, the other two have showers only). Two bedrooms also have exterior doors through the bathroom with direct access to the back patio. (A third door with back patio access is off the kitchen. The activities in the garage and board games kept three teenagers busy and the hot tub was a great way to end the day! The kitchen had every thing we needed - and then some. The local market (grocery/liquor), is a two minute (or less) walk from the back door if you forget something. Home is conveniently located between our activities in Bend, LaPine, and Sun River. We were never more than 25 minutes from where we needed to be.

We loved everything about this place! It was extremely clean, well-stocked with quality towels (including pool towels), and had thoughtful touches like charging ports by each bedside and fast WiFi. The washer/dryer worked great, and even the hair dryer was solid! SHARC passes were a huge bonus—easy walking distance for adults and older kids. The home is right on the trail, perfect for morning runs and exploring with kids. Bikes, toiletries, and helpful local recommendations made it even better. The host was friendly and responsive. Everything was as described or better. We’d love to come back!

This house was amazing! The kitchen has everything you need, from crock pots to flat top skillet! The house is amazing, it is so nicely decorated. The hot tub was amazing during the cool weather. Felt like a home away from home! Easy walk to the village for shopping and the Sharc. I would stay here and only here next time I am back to Sunriver!

We really enjoyed Cathy’s place! There was plenty of room for our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. The place felt bigger than the pictures and was private. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We appreciated all the fun extras provided! We walked the nearby trails and made use of the bikes. Cathy was very easy to reach and was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Leannes place! She was a very responsive host and her home was perfect for out group of people!

We felt quite comfortable at their home. The kitchen was well equipped, one of the better ones I've come across. More than adequate frig and counter space. Very comfortable couches...and the beds too. It was easy to feel relaxed there and we sunk into the week out of town. Be aware that they do have a camera at the front door, apparently for security. It's just worth knowing it exists. It's quite close to SHARC and also the village. We hit the espresso place there often and picked up some supplies from the store. It was a kick to ride 1-speed bikes with pedal brakes like when we were kids.

Dee and her place was fantastic. They had everything we could’ve asked for us 5 and our 2 young kids. It was perfect. Would totally stay again!

We stayed here while we were riding dirt bikes in the area. There were 3 guys and the place worked perfect.

I have never stayed in Sunriver and this home did not disappoint! The yard was big, which was great because the kids were able to play a little game of wiffle ball. The neighbors were kind and friendly. We used the SHARC passes one day, and it was a lot of fun. The only “issue” was the living room/kitchen didn’t cool down very well, but the rest of the house cooled down well. This wasn’t an issue that would prevent us from coming back! The kids toys were a huge hit for the younger kids! We loved the layout of the home too! We would most definitely stay here again! Great house Scott!

Beautiful location and a very unique , modern house! The area was quiet but close to a couple stores, a restaurant and a food truck lot! Bend was close as were the national parks. Would definitely recommend!!
