The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

Welcome to Villa Jaakkola! Villa Jaakkola is a log villa completed in 2022 in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski. The villa is spacious and roomy. Downstairs there is one bedroom and a sauna + bathroom. The loft also has plenty of space and sleeping places. The cottage has all the modern comforts and the large windows open up to a magnificent lake landscape in two directions. In the warmth of the fireplace, it is nice to watch the northern lights and listen to the silence. You will enjoy and relax here, welcome!

Keittiönurkassa voi valmistaa omia aterioita. Kaikkiin toimintoihin hyvät ohjeet. 2huonetta, 2WC:tä ja 2TV:tä. Lemmikkimaksu 10€. Lisävieras 10€/yö. Lähtiessä vain omat jäljet pois. HUOM: Vanha mökki, puulämmitys ja lemmikkitalous voivat aiheuttaa oireita herkille. Portaat ja kuoppainen piha voivat hankaloittaa liikuntaa :(

Lasikaiteinen koko mökin levyinen terassi antaa mahdollisuuden aistia luonnon rauhan niin talvella kuin kesälläkin. Pihalla sijaitsee puuvarasto, nuotiopaikka sekä palju. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

The Finnish nature is one of our most excellent resources, providing an abundance of beauty and fresh, clean air. This is a log cabin with a lakeside view located 21 km from Kuhmo town and 130 km from Kajaani Airport. It features a sauna cabin, two bedrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. There is also a BBQ area in the front yard. Local wildlife centers offer wildlife tours, which can be booked through the Wildtaiga site. Prices for bear hide tours can be found on the BearCentre website.
