Ukkohalla, one of the four villas of the new holiday village on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, near the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. In a separate beach sauna, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna, with a view of the lake landscape from the large windows, both from the sauna and the magnificent fireplace room. The service building has a laundry room and a fitness room. Electric car charging points, 2 pcs 11kW type2 and 2 pcs 16A Super suko, are included in the rental price.

Villa Salme: Cozy lakeside logcabin+private beach

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Cozy, clean apartment with its own entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat the sauna daily, cool off on the sheltered terrace, grill (gas) and a fireplace is available. Beds made in the bedrooms (160 cm, 120 cm). Living room sofa bed (140 cm). Travel beds for small children. Pets are welcome (please remember to inform us when booking). Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.

Lenkin jälkeen voit rentoutua saunassa. Autollesi löytyy katos, jossa on lämmityspistoke. Sähkö - ja hybridiauton lataus ei ole tässä mahdollinen. Villa with some luxury in a peaceful nature, but still next to summer and winter sport possibilities. Only few hundred meters from bike/ski rental and close to Syöte national park. This is for you who want to see some beautiful Finnish nature and after that relax in sauna and jacuzzi or in front of the fireplace. Each season has its own wonders waiting for you. Cleaning 100€ extra if you need it. Sheets and towels 25€/person if needed.

The cottage has a spacious kitchen, 4 bedrooms and a wood-fired sauna. Suitable for 6 adults and 2-3 children. Almost direct access from the yard to the ski slopes and Pikku-Syötteen slopes, Iso-Syötteen only 3 km away. Perfect holiday destination for both winter and summer!

Idyllinen mökki Kiantajärven rannalla Suomussalmella. Mökki on talviasuttava ja varustettu täysillä mukavuuksilla ja nukkumaan mahtuu mukavasti 7 henkeä. Mökkiin kuuluu rantasauna, laituri, hiekkaranta, autokatos, sekä iso patio, josta upea järvinäkymä. Käytössä on myös perämoottorillinen soutuvene ja sup-lauta. Mökki sijaitsee 6 km päässä Suomussalmen keskustasta, sekä 30 km päässä Ukkohallan laskettelurinteistä.

For sleeping use only in summer. Summer kitchen and pizza oven.
