Enjoy peace and quiet in a 40-square-meter micro-cottage. Ready-made beds and blackout rooms. The cottage can be cooled or heated. There are mosquito nets on the windows and an insect screen on the front door. In the outdoor sauna, there is a hot shower + firewood for heating the stove. You can cook your own meals in the kitchen nook. Clear instructions for everything. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 TVs. When you leave, just take your own belongings with you. NOTE: Wood heating and pets can cause symptoms for sensitive individuals. Stairs and an uneven yard can make it difficult to exercise!

You can machine wash sportswear and tumble dry it in the dryer. After your workout, you can relax in the renovated sauna. A canopy can be found for your car with a heating plug. It is not possible to charge an electric or hybrid vehicle here. The nearest charging point is located in the yard of the nearby S-Market. THE TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FINAL CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

Now a lonely fisherman's dream home. It's not ruined with modern-day amenities more than getting electricity in the fridge. And if needed, charged by the phone. Well, maybe an electric light can be brought here in the dark of the fall... There is an outdoor grill, and drinking water will be delivered. More can be borrowed from a neighbor. Heat is provided by a drill mat, and the sauna can be raised with a bucket of water from the lake. It's also possible to replace that ball grill with gas for use. There's a coffee maker and a microwave in the kitchen.😉

Welcome to Villa Jaakkola! Villa Jaakkola is a log villa completed in 2022 in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski. The villa is spacious and airy. Downstairs there is one bedroom and a living room/kitchen. There is also plenty of space and sleeping places in the loft. A new lakeside sauna was built at the cottage in the summer of 2026. The cottage has all the modern conveniences, and the large windows offer a magnificent lake view in two directions. It's nice to watch the northern lights and listen to the silence in the warmth of the fireplace. Welcome!

The courtyard of the cottage overlooks the magnificent scenery of the Syöte hiking area and the national park. Mountain biking, hiking or skiing can be accessed directly from the cottage yard. Syöte's services and ski resort are just a few minutes away by car (about 5 km). The cottage has a renovated kitchen and an atmospheric cottage fireplace. This cozy and atmospheric cottage is located in a quiet area on the shores of the pure-water Honkajärvi. Welcome to relax, cook in the bosom of nature, go boating on the lake and enjoy the gentle steam of the beach sauna. You have a rowboat and, if you wish, a hot tub (extra charge). Berry picking areas and hunting grounds can be found right next to the cottage. With solar power, you can use the appliances in the cottage and charge your mobile phone. There is no running water. The cottage is wood heated.

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Vaaran Huoneistot welcomes guests! The apartments built in the old village school in Syöte were completed in the spring of 2023. Kuru is a lovely compact apartment with good basic equipment. Ideal for two guests, but can accommodate four. The apartment has a shared storage room with the neighbor, where you can store bikes/skis, etc. NOTE! Linens, bath towels and final cleaning are not included in the price! Linens 10e, towel 5e and final cleaning 40e. Ski trails nearby!
