You can't get closer to the ocean! Private access via exclusive walkway. Amazing property so close to the ocean you could fish from the deck! Upper deck with Pergola shading and lower "spa" deck with hot and cold outdoor shower, lounge chairs and plenty of private space for relaxing - do yoga, meditate, play games. read a book or have a crab feast with the ocean at your feet. One of a kind property with unmatched views. Nothing between you and the ocean and the amazing Topsail sunrises.

"Sea Life" - An Ocean view home with private beach access for the 5 townhomes, we provide EVERYTHING free of charge - Bath, hand and beach towels, linens, shampoo/soap, household items! We welcome your dogs and even provide blankets, treats and bowls for your furry family members! Relax on the high chairs on the deck and soak up the sun and watch the world go by. You can see the beach clearly from our home. You are not ocean front but almost! No roads to cross! Recently refurbished!

Excellent views of the ocean from the spacious deck in the middle of the island. Enjoy your morning coffee & watch the dolphins swim by as you relax in the wonderful gazebo. Beach & pier can be had from the 3 sundecks complete with hot tub, deck furniture & benches. Transportation is not needed as Surf City Heart is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, groceries, parks/playground boat tours and more. Direct private beach access from the back deck.

Hangin' Loose in Surf City is our piece of paradise at the beach, just a few miles south of the Surf City bridge. It's located on a quiet neighborhood street and is short walk to our neighborhood's private beach access or private day dock (no boat ramp) with direct access to the sound. The day dock is perfect to get use from the kayaks provided with your stay (4 single, sit-on-top kayaks), or come out to fish off of it! Must be 25 years old for rental.
