Claire and David's listing is just what I was looking for: comfortable, quiet and private, with minimum fuss, as I was arriving in Geelong after a long drive. Claire And David were so flexible with my arrival time: it changed from early evening and I arrived about 20:00 and this was no problem to them. I greatly appreciated that. I was met by David who showed me to the accommodation and we had a convivial yarn. Thank you for a great visit!

We absolutely loved our weekend stay at Heidi and Kevin's place. It is a quaint little unit but has everything you need. Well fenced which was great for the dogs and in a beautiful location - easy to get to and not far from amenities yet very serene. It was very cosy and my two greyhounds absolutely loved it. The hosts were also very responsive and proactive. If we were to go back to Torquay we'd absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much!

We had a great stay at Stephanie’s place - it was just right for two couples and had everything we needed. The view was pretty and it was only a short uber ride into town for dinner (we recommend The Pearl for Italian).

Karren’s place was amazing , clean, comfortable and extremely well appointed. Karren was a great host, easy to communicate with and very thoughtful - even turning on the heating before we arrived. Lovely place and we would definitely recommend it and rebook it if we are headed back to Anglesea again.

Had a lovely weekend away at Anglesea. It was a short walk to the stunning beach and a short drive to the towns cafes. A great base to explore the great Ocean road from.

We had a great time. Very tastefully decorated, everything that you needed for self catering. We'd recommend stocking up on provisions in Torquay. To wake to the sound of birdsong and drink your coffee under the gums was a delight. Emily and her partner were fabulous hosts and we will absolutely try for their place again if we are down that way.

The location was gorgeous - balcony overlooks a huge forested area filled with native wildlife. We were able to watch kangaroos, kookaburras and feed parrots whenever we stepped outside. Gavin was extremely helpful and friendly.

This guest house is really well located for beach access. Only a short walk. Also a walk into town or easy drive in the car. I really loved this place.

Ester was fantastic! The unit was cosy, clean and updated with lovely touches and some delightful little extras. We were off to the football and it was literally seconds from the door. Added bonus of Chin Chin restaurant in the stadium but also lots of good pubs and restaurants in walking distance or a couple of minutes drive. Such an easy process. Although we stay at a different place each year when we come to Geelong, we think we might be back - it just ticked all the boxes. Thanks Ester! Helen and Leeann

This was such a lovely place to stay with a beautiful view. Stephanie was so responsive when we had questions and was very lovely and accommodating. Lovely place to stay for a girlfriend’s weekend away!

Rosanne’s place was lovely and peaceful. Rosanne was lovely and welcoming. A little bit out of the main hub of Torquay but easy drive to town and beautiful beaches. A great place for pups too.

Nice, clean and tidy space. Has all the amenities needed and walking distance to all things needed. Off street car parking was available about 100m up the road, paid parking out front.

We had a lovely staycation at Chela's. Chela was warm and proactive, with thoughtful touches like homemade baked goods that made our stay feel extra special. The little tub was a delight especially on a cold night. Would definitely come back.

We had such a lovely time. The space is perfect for a relaxing holiday, short walk to the beach. Close to soooooooo many things to do either in a car on walking. Definitely recommend!

The only downside of this stay, is that we only had one night. Would definitely recommend a two nights stay if you appreciate star gazing and amazing views. It was absolutely breathtaking. You can still see the sea in the far distance. We spent the evening outside around the fire stargazing. The house was clean fresh and new. We were comfy and warm and would one million percent book this spot again. Some of us bothered to wake up early and take a walk on the grounds at sunrise. Some wildlife moving around like deer and wallabies. Super peaceful and just, a great accommodation. Thanks Stephanie! It was a great way to end our trip.
