Use as your base to explore the Great Ocean Road, glorious beaches, charming seaside villages or bush walks and characterful country towns. At night go to sleep listening to the waves....

We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck. Unit is located below and separate to the main house. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, one toilet, one living area with dining table, sofa bed, meal preparation area with induction cooktop all with ocean views. Unfortunately NOT suitable for infants, toddlers and pets for various reasons.
