Hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towels/linens are provided. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.4 x 2.0 m). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and wheels are available.

We have created a sustainable wooden house in the village for our little family through our own work and loving attention to detail. The associated apartment overlooking the meadow (in summer with cows as direct neighbors) invites you to arrive, enjoy and relax. Away from the hustle and bustle and yet within easy reach of the beach (7 km) and surrounding towns (Eutin 10 km, Neustadt 8 km), it is possible to start from here for extended bike tours and discoveries into the beautiful surrounding area.

Idyllic apartment in an old farmhouse

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Construction trailer Hoppetosse Baltic Sea view

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

The Ostseehütte - red Swedish house on the Baltic Sea

We offer our newly built Danish weekend cottage. (Completed in 2020). It's really small, but has everything you need for a vacation; in terms of amenities & well-being. The cottage is located in a quiet private street. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. The beach, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants, an organic shop, beach shopping & Rewe are within walking distance. The sun shines in the heart 365 days a year, starry sky more beautiful than in any big city. Simply beautiful.

The newly renovated apartment is centrally located in the rose city of Eutin, 50 meters next to the water tower. 200 meters to the Great Eutiner See. In 5 minutes you can walk to the market square. Surrounded by the idyllic Holstein Switzerland and a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the idyllic surroundings. It is about 20 minutes by car to the Baltic Sea. Lübeck, Kiel and HH are easily accessible. Parking in front of the house is possible.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.

Vacation home for up to 4 people. The 55 m² apartment is located in an annex with private access. The apartment has its own terrace. The large child-friendly garden can also be used. The sofa bed, for the other 2 people, is located in the living room.
