Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Rosenstadt Eutin, 50 Meter neben dem Wasserturm.200 Meter bis zum Großen Eutiner See. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Vacation home between the lakes

Located in the idyllic small town of Eutin (Fissau), about 300 meters from the Kellersee. SUP or bike tours, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Hello and welcome to our cozy shabby-chic apartment, located in the middle of the beautiful Plöner Lake District. Your home is located in the souterrain of our DHH, which is a house built on a slope and the apartment runs to the back on the ground floor. So you still have natural light. Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Our apartment is located in Bad Malente-Gremsmühlen in beautiful Holstein Switzerland at 200 meters from the Dieksee and the Diekseepromenade. Here you can - whether as a couple or alone - enjoy both the idyllic surrounding nature and diverse leisure activities and relax from everyday life. The state capital of Kiel and the historic city of Lübeck are worth a trip. It is 25 minutes to the Baltic Sea.
