The place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The living room has a big window overlooking the pond where you can see sunrise and geese swimming. Occasionally the Highlands cows with come by the fence. If you walk up a pathway you can see the rolling hills and the valley. The place is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend someone who wants to get away from the hustling city to recharge. Casey has everything you need, from cooking utensils to lotion and shampoo. The place is perfect!

What a beautiful location! We were in town to go to the college’s graduation ceremony and I booked Norma and Wayne’s windy hill lodge. I arrived at 10 PM after a 9 hour trip, but what a comfort it was when I got inside (easy)! It was warm and inviting, lots of snacks and refrigerated items and a “lifesaving” chicken nuggets in the freezer — I was starving and hadn’t eaten since noon! The decor matches my love of horses (I have two rescued thoroughbreds!) the bedrooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable (my brother stayed the second night and he said he had a great sleep!) We both got a tour of the barn, admired the fields, and we loved talking to Wayne about how it all “worked”! We wished we had more time to just hang out there, but we had all the family activities one enjoys in Easton during graduation weekends! Thank you for everything!!!

If you are looking for a place to disconnect and unwind from the busy world, this is the place. Beautiful, serene, relaxing. The Jen (host) is kind, sweet, and went out of her way to make welcome us and make us feel at home. would highly recommend!!

Gail's place is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway to the Oneonta area! There are so many thoughtful touches and amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen. The decor is fun and feels like a home, and the beds are comfortable. We found the location to be a great mix of quiet and private while being within a few minutes of restaurants, a gas station and grocery store. I would highly recommend Gail's home and I'd stay there again when visiting the area!

Jessica's restored barn is amazing and one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! The photos don't do it justice! The barn is unique and has the most incredible views! The sunset experience is A++, and the deck is the most serene place to have your morning coffee. The most impressive part is how clean the space is- I'm not sure how she does it! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need from a popcorn maker to a vitamix. There are spaces to sit, relax and nap in every corner of the house. It is immaculate, thoughtful, peaceful and comfortable. Bonus- if you love music, there is an insanely good CD & record collection. Jessica was so responsive to any of our outreach and we will 100% be back. *10/10 would recommend, this place is a total find!!

Ed & Ann are gracious hosts. They were friendly and attentive to our needs. We were enchanted by the country charm of the historic guest house they have been restoring. The location is serene and bucolic with a laughing creek just outside the kitchen window. The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals, or drive to restaurants half an hour away. Our stay was a tranquil respite from our taxing responsibilities at home.

This is our second time staying at Joni’s place! We love everything about the property. It’s quiet and peaceful and roomy for our family of 5. The neighborhood is extremely safe and everyone we meet is friendly. Shops, restaurants, and attractions are all within 30 minute drive. Look forward to coming back again.

This farmhouse is nothing short of extraordinary. The land is lovely, the house is gorgeous, and the animals are all so friendly. It is such a unique and historic building but everything inside is cozy and inviting. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

Absolutely Amazing Cabin Retreat!** I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful cabin, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is incredibly private, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home, and the welcoming vibe was evident from the moment I arrived. The fire pit was a fantastic touch—perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. The grill allowed for some delicious outdoor cooking, adding to the overall experience. The bedroom is stunning, with a charming design that made sleeping there a true pleasure. I also loved the wood style decor throughout the cabin; it added a warm, rustic charm that I found absolutely captivating. We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and cozy getaway!

Rena was an amazing host we were running a bit late to check in due to car problems she was very caring and always responded quickly. Checking in and out was super easy. Her place is beautiful and peaceful. Even though it rained during our stay the place still looked amazing! The sounds of nature were soothing, and the views were breathtaking. At night the stars looked remarkable. My girlfriend and I will never forget The Roost. Thank you for having us rena. We really appreciated how understanding and responsive you were during our stay. I will recommend your place to my family and friends! 11/10 rating.

I don’t even know where to begin. We have stayed over 75 air bnb’s and this one by far has surpassed our experiences. You do not need to leave the premises at all! We stayed for 2 nights and felt like it was not enough time. Paul and Donna submerged you to total relaxation, party, and fun for every age. My 1 year old had everything she needed and 4 year old loved every activity to the adults having so Much fun! The house is so beautifully decorated inside and out and will be coming back so soon to bring our friends for a parents getaway trip!

Tammy’s place was amazing. Not only did she have excellent and fast communication but everything looked and was as described. Some bonuses about the stay include an amazing quiet farm area that is family friendly yet close to big popular attractions, we were greeted with delicious homemade brownies, and the best part was feeding the animals! Would definitely come back.

Alex’s cabin was charming and comfortable. I appreciate that there was no TV- instead, a large picture window over-looking the pond valley (which we appeared to have exclusive access to.) Everything listed in the property description and amenities was there when we arrived. Also, it was a woodland birder’s paradise! We can’t wait to come back!

This place was PERFECT for our adult family. We LOVED it. It was spotless and roomy. Everything was as described. The host is EXTREMELY responsive and accommodating. The outdoor space was just what we all needed after a long day of sightseeing. I believe that they actually underestimate their space. It was spacious and well decorated. Centrally located and private. We would HIGHLY recommend this property for anyone in the Lancaster area.

This is a great cabin in an ideal location for what we wanted. The communication from booking was excellent. The welcome folder was very helpful giving us ideas of places to see, walks to do (we did rattlesnake creek walk directly from cabin which was lovely) and restaurants to go to. The cabin itself is a good size, comfy bed, lovely sofa, 4 seater dining table and kitchen to meet our needs (oven was very good!). The included coffee pods was a nice touch. We used the Weber gas bbq too and sat on the porch enjoying the tranquility of the farm. All in all a lovely 3 night stay.

We have stayed in Rebekah’s smaller apartment in the rear of the Farmhouse before. It was lovely. Since we had our adult daughter coming too, we thought the larger unit in the front had more of the space and layout we needed and we were right. It was perfect…an inviting Living Room; two large bedrooms; a large kitchen/Dining area and a modern Full Bathroom with a bonus Washer/Dryer. It is beautifully decorated, well appointed and very clean! We already have two more stays booked since it is close to family/grandchild we visit often. We love it at The Farmhouse!

Such a cute place; accurate to the photos and description. Everything was very clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated. Peaceful location not too far from the Lancaster downtown. Hosts were communicative and helpful. I'd love to come back!

The Hideout was such an amazing place to stay and the A Frame was exactly what we were hoping for. It had everything we needed and Samantha was very communicative the whole time. A perfect weekend with the toddler and the dog!

Aga's place was beautiful, clean, quiet very well decorated. The only issues we had , we had to ask for washclothes and the fridge did not cool but the freezer part worked. Not sure what that was all about. Would stay there again for sure it was so peaceful and quiet!

What a charming and unique place to stay! We adored the animals, including the cats, and loved watching the horses all day. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, scenic, and incredibly peaceful. The house was very homey and included everything you could possibly need. Internet was fast and the A/C was nice and cold in the summer heat. We did wish we could have made more use of the porch area—totally understand it’s the animals’ home first and foremost but chicken droppings were all over the porch furniture and seating and we couldn’t sit there. Overall a great stay!

I had an amazing stay!! This was my first time to PA, and I was not disappointed. Sarah's cottage was picture perfect. I loved the outside space so much. The inside was decorated so lovely and I felt right at home. I didn't get a chance to feed the sheep which bums me out but I was gone a lot. Next time for sure! Thank you so much!
