Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Enjoy the ocean view from the front patio deck, relax by the fireplace or on the sheltered sun deck with hot tub at the back of the house. Perfect for holiday on the east coast. Well-equipped with all amenities: two bedrooms, modern kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry room. A freezer offers extra sleeping space. A unique place where memories are waiting to be made.

Lilla Casa – The cozy summer accommodation on Lillön

Welcome to the little summer house Lilla Casa on Oknö and the part called Lillön! The newly-renovated 40 sqm house is located close to the sea and is surrounded by beautiful nature, with several swimming areas and walking paths around the island. On the island, there is a restaurant, ice cream shop and camping. It takes about 7 minutes by car to Ica Supermarket, pharmacy, ATM and other shops. Oknö is located close to both Öland and Kalmar, making it an ideal starting point for excursions and day trips.

Huset har en granne annars ligger det mitt inne i skogen med egen brygga. Fin utsikt över Kalmarsund och Öland. Stugan är på 30 kvm + sovloft ca 15 kvm, gäststuga 15 kvm + oisolerad bod med toalett och dusch ca 5 kvm. Liten strand finns ca 150 meter bort. Brygga med badstege på tomten samt badstege vid svartö brygga ca 950 m från huset. Huset ligger nära vandringsleder. Perfekt för fiskare med egen båt. Båt med elmotor kan hyras. Avstånd: Mönsterås 13 km, Kalmar 59 km, Oskarshamn 26,5 km.

Välkomna till Prästgården i Istad! Här finns plats för lugn och ro. Du kommer att bo i någons hus , så behandla det med hänsyn och respekt. Vår charmiga, fridfulla gård med hög mysfaktor ligger i Istad, Alböke socken, Köpingsvik, Borgholms kommun på Öland! I huset finns: 8 bäddar 2 toaletter 2 duschar diskmaskin kyl och frys tvättmaskin chromecast kabel-tv wi-fi 2 spjälsängar, barnstol Fullt utrustat kök Medtag egna lakan och handdukar! Gästen städar, städning går inte att köpa till.

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Cozy cottage by the sea

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

Vacation apartment on the second floor of a garage overlooking the water. open and lovely floor plan. Only 40 meters down to the jetty, where the boat that is included is located. 3 km to central Mönsterås with restaurants and shops. You can also take the boat to Mönsterås. Bed linens, towels you bring yourself or you can rent from me SEK 150/per person. Final cleaning is done by you as a guest. Final cleaning can also be purchased from me for SEK 1200.

Huset är 54 kvm + sovloft och är trivsamt att bo i året runt. 1 rum och kök/allrum, 4+2 bäddar. Kyl, frys diskmaskin micro, ugn, vedeldad kamin och TV. Badrum med tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Möjlighet finns att hyra mindre rodd- / motorbåt, kanot och kajak.

Relax with family or good friends. House in Timmernabben, 50 meters from Kalmarsund. We have nine beds plus a sofa bed. At the dock, there is a rowboat. With it, you can row out to one of the islets. Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.
