Välkommen till vårt nyrenoverade gästhus som är lantligt beläget på en gård med skogen runt knuten. Det ligger endast 7 km från Ullared och ca 10 km från närmsta fiskesjö. Vill man till havet så är det ca 35 km. Ett perfekt utgångsläge för semester i Halland. Gästhuset har egen uppfartsväg och är avskilt från värdens bostad. Huset är väldigt mysigt och har allt som behövs för upp till 4 personer. Lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. Det finns även en elbilsladdare och laddning betalas på plats.

Badmöjligheter i bäck, damm och närliggande sjöar. Lakan och handdukar medtages eller hyres. VIKTIGT! Inget fallskydd på sovloftet. Ingen fast stege till sovloftet. Inget staket vid dammen eller mot vägen. All vistelse sker under eget ansvar. En korg ved för stugan och en för bastun ingår. Städning sköts av gästerna.

Cozy cottage in the countryside. Close to Gekås and lake.

We have a cozy little red cottage for rent. The cottage is located about 4 km outside Ullared and is perfect for overnight stays in connection with Gekås visits or for those who want to be close to fishing or swimming in Lake Hjärtared. The cottage has four beds, a small kitchen with the essentials, a toilet with shower and washing machine, a living room and a patio. If you need to shop, there is of course Gekås down in Ullared, but there is also an ICA store, pharmacy and Systembolaget.

På den generösa tomten,2900m2, finns gott om utrymme för hela familjen att umgås och leka. Området bjuder på rika naturupplevelser med vandringsleder och längdskidspår i Åkulla bokskogar.

En skogsupplevelse utöver det vanliga mitt i Halland med närhet till både hav och sjö. Förutom ett och annat får ligger det helt för sig självt i en liten skogsdunge. Forest paradise right by Älvasjön.

Surrounded by beautiful forest, hiking trails and vineyards, this idyllic cottage is a cottage. With a distance of just under 800 meters, you can reach Ästad winery, which also has a fantastic spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the cottage, you will find a swimming area with a jetty. A couple of kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, a fantastic hiking trail. But it is just as good to hike around the fantastic lake next to the cottage.
