The place is one of the sunniest in Eastern Norway, with sun until about 10 pm in the summer. You walk to the jetty in 2 minutes. Long ground for small and jumping from the bathing jetty for the big ones. Several beaches within walking distance. Play kubb, badminton, boccia, croquet, or enjoy the sun and have a barbecue in the garden. Picking currants, raspberries, rhubarb, and Morello cherries, and watching butterflies. In winter, we recommend bringing your own duvet or sleeping bag as there are only summer duvets in the cabin! If you pay for a fishing license at the gate you have access to fishing in all waters! Possibility of kilo fishing in the surrounding forest lakes. Holleia offers fantastic trips for those who want to go short and long. Skiing opportunities right outside the cabin when there is enough snow! You are very welcome!

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Free parking - 2 spaces, 1 space in the carport. Outdoor area, sunny and cozy small garden. Peaceful and peaceful place. There's a steep hill up to the house. In the winter time it can be slippery. Gravel and rake tools are available.
