Haven grænser op til Legepladsen UAM og 2 mins gang væk ligger fælleshaven med hyggelige gynger til fri afbenyttelse. Der er ikke langt til stranden. Man må bruge hele huset undtagen et værelse på 1.salen som bliver låst. Vi har 1 kat Mille, som bor i bryggerset med egen indgang.
