There is an exit from the terrace on the first floor overlooking the water, which is 300 meters away. The home is on two floors and smaller pets are allowed. The home is located 5 km from Svendborg city center with a rich cultural life. The house itself has a kitchen/living room and a living room and bedroom on the first floor. The garden is fenced so smaller dogs can be in the garden.

Svendborg city center, which is a really nice town, with lots of shops as well as cafes and restaurants, is about 1200 meters from our house.
