House holiday rentals in Svendborg Municipality

Thanks again for the opportunity to rent the house from Tine and Tai. It was now the second time I could stay there and last year everything was in order. There was nothing missing, the house is simply so nice and you can really relax even though the house is in the middle of the city. Tine responds quickly and you soon feel "at home".

There were eight of us in this accommodation (4 adults and 4 children). Our hosts welcomed us warmly and were always available for us. The house is really nice and cozy and offers many opportunities for activities. We really liked the huge garden. Although the pool was not heated, the children still had fun with the many toys (for inside and outside). We also recommend visiting Egeskov Castle or the Railway Museum in Odense. If you are looking for relaxation with children, then you have come to the right place. We would definitely come back.

A beautiful large house with large swimming pool in a beautiful setting. Is recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Apart from the small beetle the house was clean.

The host responds quickly and it was great. The house is well located, with good parking options and easy access to shopping.

We had a great stay at Kristians summerhouse! Great amenities, perfect for a lot of people. Kristian was also very flexible and willing to meet our needs, and booking went perfectly. However, the cottage was a little chilly, but we did it with an extra sweather.

A piece of paradise- the house is almost too nice to be true! Everything was as in the photos, the entire house was prepared for us guests, everything was super clean, nicely decorated, there was plenty of space (even in cabinets). Great kitchen, coffee maker, fridge with ice cube maker, all fantastic! The orangery and hot tub were the absolute highlight, overlooking the lake...amazing! The communication was super nice, we felt very warmly welcomed! Thanks so much Charlotte, for this great week!

Very nice and accommodating host. We got a response and help with what we were wondering about very quickly. The house was spot on especially for the kids, where they could swim in the pool, and relax and play in the wonderfully arranged basement living room. Very nice outdoor area with outdoor kitchen and living area. All in all, very well.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. We were there with twelve people. There was plenty of space, plenty of bedrooms and definitely plenty of dishes, which is also not unimportant in such a large accommodation with so many people. The house was very cozy. We would mist definitely visit again. Another positive aspect was that the living room was on the first floor, so that the young people could also retreat. The activity room was popular with everyone. All in all, it was a wonderful short break.

We loved our stay at Mia's place. We were positively surprised by the big one of the house, terrace and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had wonderful weather (23 to 26 degrees), so we noticed that the house gets warm quickly. Beach was within walking distance (10 minutes) as well as the supermarket. The center of Svendborg is about a 15-20 minute walk away. Mia was very friendly and helpful in her communication.

We had a lovely time in Kathrine's house. It is big and spacious. Ideal for families as everything you need is there. There are a lot of possibilities for excursions. Kathrine was very helpful and the communication was nice and easy. Thank you so much!

Manna's house is a little gem in the southern Svendborg. Cozy decor and atmosphere and the most beautiful lush garden, where you can enjoy your breakfast with a view. The area itself is not so exciting, but the house is within walking distance of the harbor/beach and the city center. It should be mentioned that there is a lodger in the basement, so it is not completely private.

We felt very comfortable! The house and the beautiful garden invite you to linger. Our children in particular were very enthusiastic about the many fruit and vegetable plants. The surroundings are beautiful and you have many opportunities to explore the island. Simply great

Top recommendations for Jette's place. We were 5 girlfriends + a baby going. Cozy and homely home on Thurø - very short distance to Svendborg. Lovely enclosed garden and with sea view from the terrace. Jette was quick to respond and very flexible with check in/out.: -) The best recommendations are passed on.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Beautiful views across the water and a lovely garden. Had everything we needed and check in and check out was simple and easy. Charlotte was friendly and helpful, as she has a holiday house next door so was there to help us with one small issue with the hot water which we quickly resolved and everything then worked perfectly. We loved the tranquil location and it was a great base for exploring the area. Overall a very cosy place!

Great place, beautiful surroundings.

We highly recommend Mille's nice and cozy house. We were 6 adults and 2 children under 3 years, and there was plenty of room for all of us in the large and well-appointed rooms. And it was very child-friendly. Even the garden with trampoline, sandbox and swings was a success. Mille had prepared well for us and everything we needed was set out. We felt really at home in the lovely house, and would love to come another time. The central location should be mentioned, as it was also a big plus.

Really nice townhouse, nicely renovated and high standard. Central – within walking distance to everything. There's room for family fun, and also room to retreat in the rooms if you need it. Lovely bathrooms and open kitchen with plenty of space. Perfect for families. Note: There are a lot of stairs, then you have very young children, or are difficulty walking, please take that into consideration. In this house you feel at home and my family has enjoyed the many games that are available. There are also good books in the children's rooms. And a small, good selection in the kitchen to be inspired by. NB: We had to use our iPhones to connect to the TV a few times. Here we used our own streaming services. We haven't asked the host about TV, as it was not what we spent our vacation time on. But if you don't have an iPhone, you may need to ask the host how to operate the TV.

Cozy house with room, for animals super close to Svendborg. Really nice bed. There is everything you need soap, coffee, spices, towels, bed linen and board games.... So easy and homely 😊 Luise wrote well in advance with various information and we didn't miss anything.

The four of us were there for a week and a half and immediately felt very welcome. Everything there that the heart desires and to highlight is the child-friendliness of the house (games, playroom, trampoline, garden and much more) and the great kitchen. A big star for the fully automatic coffee machine. Everything was very clean and looked freshly renovated to us. The garden was a popular playground and invites you to spend hours there. All around, a very nice place to stay. LEGOLAND can be reached in 1.5 hours. Viking exhibition also in 45 minutes. Svendborg is very easy to reach, a small town that has everything to offer, from food to classic strolling. A clear recommendation to 101 percent!

Lovely house, nicer, and more modern than the photos show. Nicely equipped kitchen. Easy to operate outdoor spa and sauna. Only note is the stairs to 1. The hall which is steep with narrow steps and with a fireman's pole down. Great for older children but a little risky for small children. The house is located in the countryside, if you are looking for cozy walks in the woods, it's great if you want restaurants and life, it's not the right choice.

We spent an extended in Camilla and the family's lovely house. It's a super cozy house and has everything you need and more. Svendborg is also worth a visit.
