Large villa with beautiful garden close to shops, marina and beach. Private parking with the possibility to charge an electric car. With three large bedrooms - one of which is a children's room with four beds - the house is suitable for a family of up to eight people or two families who are on vacation together. There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The garden has a large wooden terrace with dining area as well as a trampoline, fireplace and play equipment. The house is centrally located with only 500 meters to the beach, marina and pedestrian street.

 You can easily get to Svendborg's city and cultural life on foot or by bike along paths along the archipelago, by car over the embankment or sailing on the sound.

The charming 1900s house of 170 m2 offers three bright living rooms, an en-suite and a large dining kitchen. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms (bed width: 180, 140, 120), and a lovely morning terrace. Full basement with possibility of extra bedding in the room. In the garden with fruit trees, bushes and lawn you will find an evening terrace. Toilet/bathroom on all floors. 2 parking spaces.

Fem minutters gang fra bus, brugs, apotek og pizzaria og samtidig naturskønt beliggende med udsigt ud over marker, skov og Syltemae Ådal. Huset ligger for enden af en lukket villavej og med Øhavsstien som nabo. Her er fred, ro og højt til himlen. Tre soveværelser. Dyner, hovedpuder, betræk og håndklæder er inkluderet. Et badeværelse, et gæstetoilet, bryggers, køkken og stue. Småt men godt. Alle aldre-venligt☺️
