Lake and sea close to home!

Lake and sea close to accommodation. suterrenghus ground floor. In Svenshögen you will meet a harmonious landscape with a nice mix of lakes, forests as well as small farms and farms. There is also a railway station with a stop for the Bohusbanan that makes contact with the outside world easy. The fresh air has made the resort known right from the time the sanatorium was operated there. And even today, many people find peace in the beautiful surroundings and appreciate Svenshögens peace and quietness in an increasingly stressful existence.

Bright comfortable guest suite close to both swimming, nature and city

Here you can relax to the sound of small birds glass singing. Take a walk out in the nature or a swim in the lake. If you are on the road to pick mushrooms and berries, the forest is around the corner. If you want to have fun, it takes 45 minutes by car to Gothenburg. Here is close to most things. The whole beautiful Bohuslän is at your feet. When you're tired, just relax in the room or sit in the sun on the wooden deck outside. The kitchen is equipped with most things for a successful meal. If you like barbecuing, that's fine too.

On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

This is a charming and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden. The perfect place to relax after discovering the island of Tjörn. 2 kilometers to the sea with nice places to swim, grocery store and pizza place. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. This is a beautiful, cosy and quiet place with a very friendly and helpful host who makes you feel at home. Selim showed us everything and communication with him was always on point. The house is very clean, with everything you need inside and more. An easy to use sauna, barbecue, big tv with many channels (and possibility to log in to Netflix etc.), and a terrace with a beautiful lake view. Then a nice touch with a swing with the view, and possibility to watch wild animals coming to drink from the lake. We were sad to leave, hope to come back soon.

Stay by the sea with a private jetty

We feel lucky to have booked this accommodation with Erica for our two night stay. The location is unique and special - gorgeous sea views with direct access to the water. The home had everything we could need and plenty of space for three adults. We visited during a cool period, but in the warmer months the expansive outdoor space and seating would be so relaxing. It was new construction and everything was functional, tidy, and stylish. Erica was amazingly responsive, and answered/resolved any question immediately. As we were traveling internationally, this was a comfort to know we were being taken care of. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come visit again, hopefully for a longer stay!

We had the most amazing stay at Lennarts cabin, and they made us feel very welcome and at home from the beginning! We loved spending time in the nature, swimming in the lake, relaxing in the sauna, fishing etc. etc. Very recommendable!

It's the second year that we live in the cabin. I have nothing negative to say about Westerdahl and their cottage. If you are Gothenburg and want to stay a little quieter, this cabin is perfect. We will be back next year again :)
