This is a beautiful villa with a swimming pool, unique in its location and the terrain that surrounds it. On one side there is an unforgettable view of the historic town of Labin on a hill to which you can walk, while on the other side the view extends to the islands and Kvarner. The owner of this house has an extremely large land with fields and vineyards, so you can walk, ride a bike or swim in the pool while enjoying an unforgettable view.

Simply ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The apartment on the 2nd floor of the house offers a fantastic panoramic view of the open sea. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, "Sunprotect" windows deflect direct sunlight. Continuous underfloor heating for the cold months.

Beautiful new and modern apartment right on the seaside in the beautiful inlet Duga Luka. This lovely inlet off the main tourist trail is mostly used by locals away from the crowded tourist centers, so this is a hidden cove for a quiet, and relaxing holiday. Your apartment has a big very private terrace so you can eat or have coffee and watch the boats go by. ....and its just a few steps to the clean blue sea.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
