Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sveti Juraj

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

The old house is amazing, the restoration is perfect and very comfortable. Fabio met us and showed us around, we felt very welcome. Make sure to go to see the Gracka Springs about 10 mins away.

We were a family of 4 adults and 2 teens (16+14) in the accommodation. We loved the tranquility and seclusion. That was exactly what we wanted. The house is small, but it is completely sufficient. Everything is beautifully decorated and placed. Just like you can see from the pictures. The outdoor area is simply a dream. Thought out to the smallest corner. We used the outdoor kitchen regularly. We were there in October and also had good weather. (average 22 degrees☀️) As a result, the pool and hot tub were used very well. The small bay is also just very nice. We spent a whole day there and were all alone. We highly recommend this place. We'll be back. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Suzanna and her husband are super kind and welcoming, the villa is beautiful with the fireplace and the jacuzzi as an absolute highlight. The area is amazing especially since we stayed here during the winter with lots of snow around us.

Such a special and beautiful place to spend a few days in nature close to the ocean. We enjoyed our stay in this cute little house a lot and will definitely come back.

Fantastic house, four bedrooms each with private bathroom. Outdoor kitchen area was our favourate spot. Very large pool. Had a wonderful time with the family. Igor takes great care of the property and its surrounding. The olive tree area adds a peaceful view. Always helpful for any questions.

We totally enjoyed being in this wonderful house. Lovingly designed, the house tells great stories from its long life. Liuba and Valentin are warm and the surroundings invite you to hike, swim and be there! Thank you for everything!

Laura's house is located in the middle of a dream garden, which she lovingly maintains. We spent a lot of time at the pool and at the house and drove to the nearby beach in the late afternoon. It was perfect for us and we will definitely come back. Thank you, Laura

Very nice and clean modern apartment with a small bathroom and kitchenette. Beautiful terrace. If it’s windy you hear the wind a bit howling.. Julija and Vedran have been very helpful.

I had an amazing 3-night stay at the luxury Opatija Sky View Apartment! The oceanfront view from the living room and the terrace was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with modern decor and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, featuring luxurious bedding, and the spacious rooms with ample closet space added to the comfort. The owner was highly responsive and provided clear, detailed check-in instructions, making the process seamless. Highly recommend this stunning, well-appointed apartment for a fantastic stay.

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

Suzana is an excellent, attentive super hostess. Everything you need and even more (umbrella, iron...) is available. There was a cool bottle of white wine in the refrigerator. On the kitchen table were fruit and chocolate and cherries from the garden. In general, the garden and the access to the sea are beautiful. The apartment is simply recommended.

We felt very comfortable in the Villa Sara. The location as well as the house were as described and easily accessible. Damir gave us some tips on restaurants, beaches and activities. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

The house is almost unbeatable in terms of value for money. It is extremely clean, nicely decorated and you can find everything you need. Even a fruit basket and a bottle of wine were provided to us. Communication was very easy, you got a quick response to all messages and both check-in and check-out were very easy and straightforward. The amenities of the house are really very very good, the appliances are modern and new and all work perfectly. If you have a car available, the location is also very good and you can quickly reach all the important places on the island. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

The house is very clean and perfectly equipped. Igor was quick and reliable to answer any questions we had. The check-in was friendly and we received all the important information. We had a fantastic stay at the property. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and very well organized. Our group of 11, including 5 kids, had plenty to enjoy—there was something for everyone. The spacious common areas made it easy for us to gather and spend quality time together. The property was impeccably maintained and matched the description perfectly. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with your dog(s) Large, super nice, fenced property – ideal for travelers with dogs. The accommodation is super well equipped, has everything you need for a vacation and offers a beautiful view. Parking directly at the house and everything you need is within 20 minutes. The street is audible - sometimes more, sometimes less - but for us it was not disturbing. The landlord was super friendly, had even provided sweets in the fridge and gave us great restaurant tips. Earlier check-in was also possible without any problems. All around a successful stay! THANK YOU for that :)

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!
