Old Mulberry Stone House Apartma Murva

Welcome to a more than 170-year-old Istrian stone house in which, despite having been renovated in 2022, you can find architectural details and nuances from the past, in 2 apartments. During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Casa Coronica, Marinaio bungalow

Located in Sečovlje, Casa Coronica offers views of the Sečovlje salt pans and the entire Piran Bay,we offer a handmade - unique room with bathroom,wifi,TV and parking. Bungalows are located on a hill surrounded by olive groves,vineyards, and fields with vegetables that are available to guests. There are not many houses nearby and is perfect for hiking and biking. You'll need to have a car to see our countryside,as it is located a few km from Portorož,in the hilly area of Slovenska Istria.

Top relax house

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

Traditional Istrian Stone House

Our house is a perfect choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life. The accommodation is part of the family tourist farm "Pod staro figo/Under the Old Fig Tree". It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gazon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

Dea's apartment

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. The apartment is next to the panoramic route at an end street, where there is very little traffic but still very easily accessible. It is very suitable for families and couples who want to stay a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city, be active in sports as well as enjoy the view of the hills and the sea. It is ideal for those who want to spend time with family members and pets.

Villa Dorina

The newly built and modernly furnished house is located in Kastel not far from the border of Slovenia/Croatia. The situation is ideal for a family vacation where they can have a nice time. The pool is available for their private use and there are two parking spaces available. The main street is far away so you don't have any noise. Beaches are a short time away. Many restaurants are in the area and a small market is also within walking distance.

Contemporary house Padna

The house - a new building is situated in an old charming village, surrounded by stones and beautiful nature, sea in the distance. It has 120m2, spacious and contemporary furnished, ideal for 6 persons (2 bedrooms, couch, 2 bathrooms).The hill on which Padna stands is covered with olive trees and vineyards, ideal for go hiking, cycling or visit the more peaceful part of the seaside.

Holiday House Murva - pet friendly!

Guest House Murva is loacted in the settlement of few houses as part of Dragonja village. The old Istrian house, overlooking the vineyards had a great charme which we tried to preserve during the renovation. A lot of work had to be done to make it comfortable and enjoyable and we think we suceeded.
