Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sveti Vid-Miholjice

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Wir hatten bewusst ein kleines Zuhause gebucht und fanden es super, dafür so viel private Außenfläche mit Olivenbäumen und Feigen vorzufinden. Der Garten lädt ein den ganzen Tag draußen zu verbringen im Wechsel mit den nächsten Stränden, die per Auto auch schnell zu erreichen sind. Sandra war uns eine sehr freundliche und jederzeit erreichbare Gastgeberin.

Wir haben über Silvester mit unseren Freunden in der Villa Propuh Urlaub gemacht und es war einfach fantastisch! Die Villa entspricht genau den Bildern – wunderschön, sauber und mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht. Der Whirlpool und die Saune waren das absolute Highlight, perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Alles perfekt! Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun. Von der Kommunikation, bis zur Lage und Sauberkeit - diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Kinderfreundlich ausgestattet mit Kindergeschirr/besteck, erhöhtem Pool mit Tor und einem eigenen Spielplatz im Garten wurde hier an alles gedacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Man merkt, dass es nicht nur ein Airbnb Haus ist, sondern viel Herzblut der Besitzer in die Pflege einfliesst. Auch bei selbstverschuldeten Komplikationen wurde uns umgehend und überaus freundlich geholfen, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Tatjana e Rene sono stati degli host eccezionali! Hanno accolto me e i miei amici in modo socievole, disponibile e molto amichevole. Rene era molto ben organizzato, tra tutti i servizi, i numeri necessari e la libertà che ci ha dato, ci siamo sentiti accolti e rispettati! È stata una vacanza davvero piacevole e speriamo di poter tornare in futuro!

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Privatsphäre war genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Nach einen kleinen Problem war der Vermieter so schnell da. es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Sonnenaufgänge am obersten Sitzplatz waren berauschend. Es war alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt den wir nie vergessen werden. Das Haus ,die Umgebung ,einfach alles.

Our stay was really comfortable and pleasent. The view from the balcony is beautiful and calming and the house is clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay. Would reccomend to everyone who is looking for some peace and rest while visiting Gorski Kotar.

Wir hatten in diesem wunderschönen, ruhig am Berg gelegenen Ferienhaus eine tolle Zeit mit einer siebenköpfigen Gruppe. Der Pool war erfrischend, der Whirlpool kuschelig warm. Unsere Hosts waren bei Fragen und Problemen immer für uns erreichbar. Für unseren letzten Abend haben sie uns ein leckeres Fischrestaurant im nahe gelegenen Klenovica empfohlen. Abends war es häufig sehr windig, es gab im Haus und im unteren Bereich aber genug überdachte Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Im Umland befinden sich zahlreiche Strände, hübsche Örtchen und auch ein Besuch im Nationalpark Plivicer Seen (2 Stunden Autofahrt) ist einen Tagesausflug wert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Für uns zwei Gäste war das Bad der Wohnung gerade groß genug. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

⸻ Pobyt w tym obiekcie był świetny! Miejsce idealne dla większej grupy – byliśmy w 10 osób, w tym z małym dzieckiem, i wszyscy czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Dom był przestronny, dobrze wyposażony i bardzo przytulny. Każdy miał swoją przestrzeń, a jednocześnie mogliśmy wspólnie spędzać czas w dużym salonie czy na tarasie. Lokalizacja również na plus – do najbliższego miasteczka było zaledwie 10 minut samochodem, co było bardzo wygodne, szczególnie gdy chcieliśmy wybrać się na obiad czy po zakupy. Okolica cicha, zielona, idealna na odpoczynek. Zdecydowanie polecam ten obiekt – idealny dla grupy znajomych czy rodzin z dziećmi. Na pewno chętnie wrócimy!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Just really a lovely holiday. I was there with 3 grown up kids 18,20 and 21. Perfect place. Absolutely need a car but Crikvencia was just a 10 - 15 min drive and we popped there every day for groceries, restaurants and an afternoon at the beach. Andreja was just lovely and the place impeccable. Highly recommended.

The check-in was easy to do and flexible. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. Unfortunately, We stayed at the end of December and the pool was not usable as it was not possible to heat it up enough. Our dogs were perfectly safe and happy walking around the area. Place is very quiet and isolated. Will definitely consider going back another time

A szilvesztert töltöttük ezen a helyen. A házigazda nagyon kedves volt, a szállás átvételekor adta át a kulcsot, majd legközelebb távozáskor jött. Teljesen kettesben tudtunk lenni, ha éppen éjjel háromkor akartuk használni a jacuzzit, csak kimentünk és élveztük. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat itt, bátran ajánljuk!
