Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

Posebno prijetno in romantično je na terasi v večernih urah, ko se vidijo bleščeče luči iz Opatije, Lovrana in drugih naselij vse do Reke. Na dvorišču je pod velikim hrastom parkirišče za vaš avto, pod figo in lovorjem pa velika miza s klopmi kjer si lahko pripravite obrok na žaru.
