Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Svetvinčenat

We were received a very friendly and warm welcome from the owner Mirela. She was always available throughout. Check-in and check-out worked smoothly. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a very nice welcome snack and lots of tips on events, restaurants, shopping and beaches (dog beaches) in the area. The house is well equipped, very clean and well maintained. We didn't miss anything. It has very fast Internet connection. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. Particularly nice are the 2 covered terraces, where you can sit comfortably outside. The property is very quiet and the last house on the street. Thus, you can walk with the dog directly in the woods. The property is fully fenced, so we could also let our dog run free on the property.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

I would recommend Branka’s place to anyone looking for a place to have as a base for exploring Istria. Place was clean, everything was as described and check in was very easy.

We have now been to this wonderful accommodation for the second time - and again absolutely thrilled! It almost feels like a second home now. Everything was perfect as the first time: the warm communication, the lovingly furnished house, the cleanliness and the small details that make the stay so special. You can just see how much love and care has gone into everything here. This time, too, everything was perfectly prepared – fresh bed linen, fresh towels, a fully equipped kitchen and many nice little things that made us feel at home immediately. The location is quiet, but central, with everything you need in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely come back - and are already looking forward to the next time. The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. The cleanliness of the house is a 10/10 - just spotlessly clean!! 🤩 The hostess, Mateja, is a very hearty, loving and helpful person! our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

The cottage is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly enthusiastic about the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly took some time for it to be a little warm too) – ideal for relaxing no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you're looking for peace, comfort and a little luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

Ivan's Villa Simone is a great house. We were here with eight people and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, both inside and outside. The furnishings are high-quality and everything you need has been thought of. When we arrived, towels and beach towels were already on the loungers by the pool, which immediately invited us to swim. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming. Ivan was very accommodating and always available. His mother even brought us a homemade cake. We have rarely felt so comfortable in an airbnb. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ivan for this great vacation.

Great villa with amazing views. In small hamlet with other villas. Very close rustic restauant, with other great restaurant a short drive away. Close to cycle route, but hilly.

We spent 4 very nice days at the villa. This is very modern and is surrounded by other (holiday)villas. The location is quiet and the large property offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. Kristina is a great host and was always easily accessible. The communication was very pleasant and we always got answers very quickly. Not only the pool is a highlight. There is also a BBQ, a fireplace and a modern kitchen. The rooms are very spacious and simple but modernly furnished. There is a carport with space for two vehicles. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool because of the weather, but we had a great time all in all. Also good restaurants are nearby and many attractions. Particularly noteworthy was the good condition of the interior design, cutlery and kitchen appliances. We will be happy to come back.

Grea place, great host

We had a lovely stay at Matt and Anna’s “kucica” home! Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful and everything was even better than the description. What really stood out for us was the dinner - such an incredible experience and we will cherish the memories for a lifetime. We can’t wait to come back!

Completely self-sufficient and totally secluded. The location is unique, you only hear and see: occasionally cyclists, and in the morning and evening the sheep are driven past. Many butterflies, birds, lizards and snakes. The accommodation is totally charmingly furnished. We had everything we needed! Our dog had paradise there. Beautiful view of the sea.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed for an Airbnb. Maja and her brother Ivan were very helpful over text and getting us anything we needed throughout the stay. The road to get to the house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but when you arrive, you’ll be STUNNED at how precious this spot is. It’s about 25 minutes to all the major Istrian town- Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, (we decided to go a little further to Rijeka to see the epic castle one day. Worth the 1.5hr drive). If you don’t have a car, it could be harder to get around since it’s a bit remote. But there is a small train station right outside the neighborhood that takes you to the bigger towns. We called this place our home away from home. So cute and cozy and the bed was very comfy. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, spacious, and exactly as described. The peaceful and quiet surroundings made it the perfect getaway for our family. We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Tartufo. The Villa is very private, only 3 houses. You can fully enjoy privacy. Tati was available at any time. She gave us many nice recommendations. The Villa was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Perfect house for dog owners, the property is fully fenced. Tati’s vision is to give her guests a HOME and we really felt like home! Hope to be back again!
