Perfect place to stay if you’re going to see a concert at harrahs! Clean and roomy in a nice walkable area of town. Amazing drives up the parkway to Knoxville through pigeon forge and down to Bryson city and Franklin. Would love to repeat this trip again!

This place is awesome! Better than the pictures show! With 2 large, super-comfy king bedrooms, and extra queen in small room if needed, full kitchen, and an awesome living room with lazy boy furniture. I was so happy there, felt like home. Right over my favorite bakery/cafe/store and walking distance to so much of the best Bryson has to offer, stores, restaurants, coffee shops, the GSMRailroad, farmer’s market, etc! 5 minute drive to grocery store and amazing Deep Creek hiking to waterfalls. The best! Kela & her husband are great people and immediately responded to any issues. Excellent experience, highly recommend!

We enjoyed a very restful stay at this secluded spot ! Very spacious and relaxing , we drove to nearby Franklin NC had a bite which was grand . Host was very quick to respond with any questions we had , great spot to chill out!

Not our first time here. We love the location and our dog loves the quiet. The hiking is easy to get to. We will continue to make this a preferred location to stay when in Cherokee. Can't wait to come back in December.

The perfect place to recharge and relax! Beautiful and cozy home with everything you need! So many special touches that we greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the back patio and also making cozy fires in the evenings! We want to come back and stay longer next time!

My husband and I loved this spot. Our dogs did too. The house was in a gorgeous setting in the woods with huge windows that we found very peaceful. Super close to town but far enough out to feel private. The house is older but in a good way. Well constructed and has a beautiful yard. Highly recommended!

The place was great. The house has everything you need, it was very clean, very quiet and secluded area that allows you to get away from the city life. And your literally less than 10 minutes from the Casino, the shopping center. I'll definitely be back !!!

We had a great, albeit too short time at Jan’s home. I live in AVL and this is my first time at Lake Santeetlah, and we loved it! The house is in a cove and has an empty lot next door, which meant for a verrry quiet two nights. It would be ideal for 1-2 couples or a small family. We took advantage of the paddleboards and explored some nearby coves on an almost empty lake, which was wonderful. Next time we might rent a pontoon. We also lucked out and saw synchronous fireflies both nights! Magical. I definitely recommend to folks who would expect to spend most time outside or on water and aren’t expecting a fancy party house. PS GPS will wrongly route you. Turn into Forest Lakes. The house number is correct.

Our family of 4 and one fur baby had a great stay here! We were in Sylva to celebrate Father’s Day with our daughter’s future in laws who traveled from Atlanta. Carmela’s home provides a kitchen with EVERYTHING you could need to cook meals and the deck was perfect for the evenings! Carmela has thought of everything a guest could possibly need….. s’more fixings for the fire pit, a pack and play and high chair (if needed), dog towels and bowls, cozy blankets, and extra personal accessories if you forgot something. The home was very clean as well! We would stay here again if we need to stay in Sylva.

My wife and I grew up in Sylva. We came home to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. We had several questions for Diane and she was wonderful to work with. We will definitely rent this property again. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Gary's place was so quiet and peaceful. we enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the golfers come through. Would definitely stay here again.

Kylie was an amazing host! The place was clean, cozy, and had all the great amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small hiccup with the thermostat not working at first, but Kylie was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within an hour — truly impressive response time! Loved it! The view was amazing, the space was spotless, and the amenities were great! Bring your own coffee as they don't provide it, they do provide a drip coffee maker.

Our family stayed here a couple nights to attend a wedding in Townsend. Location was perfect. The condo was just what we needed and the hosts were helpful and responded to any of our questions/concerns in more than timely fashion.

This home has everything you need plus more. The decor was fantastic! Cleanliness was top notch. Jeanine also left complimentary snacks and coffee. Such a nice touch! We came in for Father’s Day and my Dad came over and we had plenty of room to hang out inside and outside. We went to Dancing Bear Lodge for dinner which is only 2 miles down the road and it was phenomenal! Great home, great location, great hospitality! I highly recommend! Thank you Jeanine!
