Monthly Rentals in Swan Island

Ryanne was thoughtful when arranging the space. if you need anything during your stay, all you need is to search; it is definitely there; no matter what. She already thought about it and kept it for you. Only down is-- If you need sunlight, you cant get it as it is a basement facality. Otherway, everything perfact. Thank you for making this place so well-organized.

The place was very comfortable with lots of natural light and plants. No upstairs neighbors is definitely a plus. There was plenty of street parking and the neighborhood was very quiet. Scott and Tamara were great hosts. We’ll be back!

Vinay’s place was the perfect spot to relax after a few long days of exploring. It was clean, equipped with all the essentials, and very peaceful. It was our first time traveling with our little one and we all felt comfortable during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed for a week for work and everything was sublime. 5 minute drive to groceries, a full kitchen, washer/dryer (with detergent provided!), powerful AC that kept up with 95 degree Portland heat, and abundant street parking in a quiet residential neighborhood. I had a chance to chat with the owners for a bit, who were so friendly and kind; I could tell that they're not just another rental company on AirBnB but they actually care about their renters having a nice stay, whether that's in total privacy or to have someone to chat with. Thanks for a great stay!!
