Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Swan River

We (a family of 4) had a lovely stay at Coby’s beautiful house. Everything was like mentioned and in the pictures and even better! Lovely pool for the kids and Coby even left kids toys for our little son to play with. Coby was extremely helpful with EVERYTHING ! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you again! Location was really good too - some beautiful beaches around and Hillary’s just around the corner. Shopping facilities not far either. It was the perfect home for our family!

Every moment we spent in this house was precious. The stunning view and the beautifully landscaped garden, clearly designed with great care, were truly breathtaking. We felt deeply connected to nature during our stay. The Woolworths was just 12 minutes away, making grocery shopping very convenient. There were also plenty of nearby activities like visiting waterfall, dam and enjoying hiking-there was never a dull moment. Our family truly fell in love with this place and would absolutely love to stay here again.

Our stay at this gorgeous Airbnb was absolutely incredible! The property boasts breathtaking panoramic views of Perth—whether it was the city lights twinkling at night or the golden sunrise, every moment felt magical. The house itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The large windows and outdoor seating areas made it easy to soak in the scenery, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. We loved our stay at Min's house! We chose it for its convenient location close to family nearby, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with four generous bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms with fantastic showers, a large kitchen, and a fantastic outdoor entertainment area complete with a BBQ, spa, and pool. It’s ideal for families — we enjoyed dining outside every evening under the covered patio. Min was also very accommodating, kindly allowing us a later check-out, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit family!

We enjoyed our stay! The surroundings were beautiful. We felt super chill and relaxed. The spa was a great addition. Would stay again and recommend. It was also close to beautiful hike trails, wineries, cafes and pubs

When we were there, it was a little cool for the use for the pool, it was used, but not as much as it would’ve been in the summer. The outdoor grill is fantastic, we actually only used the sofa and TV on her last night. The indoor outdoor living scenario was worth every penny.

Perfect little home. Quirky and so cute. Great to stay in an older building with history. We wanted central Freemantle and it certainly was central. A bit noisy either way people leaving bars on a night at the weekend but worth it to be so central. The weekend market was virtually next door so grabbing breakfast at the market and bringing it back to enjoy on the patio in the back yard was fabulous. In the back yard with the privacy and bird song you forgot you were in the middle of Freemantle. Perfect. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience Freo 👏👏👏

Wonderful stay at this fabulous apartment right on Scarborough beach. The location is perfect and the apartment was modern, spotless and with everything you could need for an easy stay. Highly recommend!!

This place truly felt like home. The room is clean and spacious. The location is great especially the bakery right beside the entrance served very good coffee. Will be back for sure if there is another chance to visit Perth.

This is a spacious, private and unique air bnb in a lovely walkable neighborhood. Close to public transport, grocery store and great restaurants. We loved it!!

Our stay at Jeff’s villa was absolutely incredible. We were a group of nine, and the space was perfect for our family—comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like home. Jeff was an outstanding host: quick to respond, helpful with any questions, and always made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets every evening. If you're planning a trip to WA, I can’t recommend Jeff’s place highly enough. It was everything we hoped for and more.

I liked staying here, it was nice. The villa was tidy and I thought the decorations were cool. The outdoor seating is a cosy spot to relax and also the lake just down the road is a lovely place for a walk.
