Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Swan River

Enjoyed the location which was a short walk from the train station, bars and Murray street. Went to a stand up comedy show at Comedy Lounge which we thoroughly enjoyed. The view is beautiful and the whole apartment feels really new and secure.

Fantastic stay — perfect location for families! We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. The location is so convenient — just a short walk to the CBD and less than 5 minutes to Mercedes College, the perth mint, with the free CAT bus right nearby. It made getting around the city so easy! One of the highlights for us was how close it is to a great playground — our kids loved it and wanted to go every day. The area is very family-friendly and walkable. And not to forget, 3 minutes walk just to enjoy parents 'me time' with good coffee, esansrival and duotone.. 5 star! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the projector with Netflix — it was perfect for relaxing family movie nights and created some really special moments. Vivien and Camile were such thoughtful hosts — they even provided free snacks for our family to enjoy while watching Netflix, which made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The property is beautifully designed—clean, spacious, and conveniently located near essential amenities. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. If we return to Perth, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Clean and comfortable place. Hosts were very friendly and replied to all queries promptly. Only thing to note that the bedrooms are very small. If you’re travelling with luggage it’s impossible to get the suitcase in the bedrooms. Our place was on the first floor with a lovely balcony. Most of the apartment block seems to be Airbnb with many key lockboxes around. The area is great! Amazing walks near the river.

Very beautiful home with a lot of space for a small family looking for a getaway. It’s in a very safe area with the shops only around the corner which is very accessible. Andrew is a great host and responds quickly. I really enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend this place!

Everything’s good. Host is responsive and the accommodation was comfortable and perfect for big families or groups.

Our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) thoroughly enjoyed our first 3 nights at this Airbnb. The kids especially loved lounging in the recliner chairs while watching YouTube on the projection TV. One funny moment—things kept slipping into the gaps between the recliners, so we had to dig out sunglasses, lip balm, and even the TV remote! The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and exactly as described. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Emma's place was absolutely perfect for our group getaway. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped, with super comfy beds and an amazing kitchen and outdoor area. The house is well located on a quiet street within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the shop. Emma was a friendly and thoughtful host, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how thoughtfully the home was prepared for us. The fridge & pantry were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and there were more than enough necessities to keep us comfortable throughout our entire stay. It was clear that the owners had taken extra care to anticipate our needs, and we felt incredibly well taken care of. This property is superb for large families⭐️ The host reponded quickly to any questions and provided so many items that help with daily living. The house surfaces/kitchen/ bathrooms etc are all very clean and well presented. Cinema room is superb with complimentary films to use . The location is great for walks and there is a very nice restaraunt, pub and supermarket and pharmacy within a short walking distance and a small park area opposite and another two streets away. The owner lives on the same road and was such a nice guy. There are some small re-occurring issues to work through which would make this a perfect stay, the pool was very cold and constantly full of sand/debris etc (which we believe is something to do with the street inlet)? Despite the owner cleaning it once Saying that , do not be put off booking this property , we had such a nice stay .

A lovely home, very clean, fully equipped, and very homey. The house is huge and fully equipped.

Clean and modern. Big space. Easily accommodated a family of 4 with room to spare. Provided everything that was needed and more. Professional, responsive host.
