Cozy houseboat with 2 rooms and kitchen in the trendy area of Ringön which is only one stop from Scandinavia's largest shopping mall Nordstan. The boat is under construction but the inside is except for some small details both charming and fully habitable. In addition, there is AppleTV As well as some TV games for rainy days. Patio with an electric grill is available. Note for partying in the area. As it is a family boat, we take turns taking care of the rental a bit. Towels and bed linens are included in the cleaning fee. The WC and shower are modern and UP the hill, about 60 meters. Pets NOT allowed on Float. Also, please note: Once your visit has begun, I will not accept changes to your reservation. Shortening your stay takes booking opportunities away from other guests.

Big sunbed in the bow. The Yacht is moored at the best spot in Visby guest harbor during the stay. There are at least 1-2 crew members available daytime for your service and security It’s also possible to book a tour out on the water with our 2 men crew. The floating cottage is very special: like a houseboat, it sits on the water, but always moored securely and firmly in the harbour. Thanks to the double bed in the bedroom and pull-out sofa bed in the living area, up to four adults can be accommodated in total in our floating home. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can take care of yourself as you please and with everything you do, the impressive archipelago coast is right outside the window. We look forward to seeing you!
