Houseboat in fantastic location

The houseboat is located in the lake, anchored to land with jetties around. Private location in rural environment. From the upper floor of the houseboat there are large glass sections facing the lake, with the possibility of sitting indoors or outdoors and watching the beautiful view. Two bedrooms and a living room. On the lower floor there is the kitchen, dining area and sofa. Outdoors, there is a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, outdoor shower with hot water, outdoor toilet, barbecue area and outdoor furniture.

On the roof, your own sauna awaits with panoramic lake and mountain views. Inside the cabin, the fireplace crackles and creates a cozy atmosphere. Cook in the small outdoor kitchen on the terrace and fish for char and trout in the clear water. Maybe you'll even catch sight of a moose or bear in the wild forests around.

We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Lovely boathouse right by and at the sea in a small archipelago village (Skatan). Convenient features such as washing machine, flat screen TV, WiFi and sauna will ensure your stay to be comfortable. The livingroom has a generous table for 10-12 people. The house also has a floor heating system and a fire place. With the nature around the corner there is always something to do. Skiing, skating, golf, fishing, dinners, baths etc. There is a wonderful restaurant in Skatan (open spring/summer).

Båten är utrustad med enklare badrum med duschkabin och separett. Kök med kokplatta, kyl/frys och ugn/micro. Sängplatserna är fördelade på en 120 cm säng och 160 cm på sovloft samt en extra madrass. På däck kan ni sitta under parasoll och njuta av stadens puls. Båten fungerar även på vintern och ni kan njuta av vedkamin.
