In the house, there are common areas with a lounge (board games, billiards, fireplace) and a common sauna. During peak season, the restaurant is open Thurs-Sat and serves a tasting menu.

You can find it by turning right when you get off the ferry, then it is a walk of about 300 meters along the harbor until you reach the Smokehouse where the entrance is on the south side. Within the port area there is a gas station, hotel, restaurant, cafés, pizzeria, fish smokery, port office, ice cream kiosk, second-hand shop, shipping office, hardware store, carpentry, marinas, fish shop, grocery store, garden shop, etc.
