Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Swords

A last minute booking with friends which was quickly confirmed by Gracious. We hired a car from the airport and were at the house in 20 minutes with parking outside the door. Getting there and in was easy, helped by Gracious’s prompt and detailed instructions. The house was perfect for two couples, comfortable and very peaceful in the evening. We were only there for breakfast, eating out other meals, so the lack of cooker/hob wasn’t an issue for us. The lounge was comfortable as were the beds. Great location, we walked 9 minutes to the closest dart station (Clongriffin) and were in the City in 20 minutes to do the usual touristy things. We also drove the 15 minutes to Howth on a couple of occasions. So if you want to experience Dublin city but come back to a peaceful environment to sleep and chill I would highly recommend Gracious’s property. Good value, comfortable and great location.

Loved the location, close to the sea and 10 minutes walk from local DART station. Easy to get into centre of Dublin. Ciaran was very helpful and his house had everything we needed for a long weekend. Would recommend if you want something away from the hubbub of the city.

We enjoyed our stay here. Each double bedroom had its own bathroom and there was a third toilet downstairs. The kitchen appliances were high quality. The whole place was high quality furniture and plumbing. The showers were great. Awesome place. I would stay here again and again.

We spent a few days here and enjoyed our stay. Julia and Ionela were very responsive and helpful. Their was plenty of seating in the living room and the kitchen for the number of people in our party, which was nice. We loved the dog across the street which seemed to be to cutest neighborhood watch you have ever seen.

This is a wonderful place. Everything was very clean. The grounds were beautiful. There is a lovely river path you can walk to town on. Several restaurants and shops in town. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. Although it is right next to a lodge, you can sit on back porch and listen to the peaceful river without hearing anyone. I wish we had more time here. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We absolutely adored this beautiful home. Our entire family of 7 all thought it was the best Airbnb we had stayed in out of 6 places across England, Scotland and Ireland. This is a beautiful home and we felt right at home from the second we walked in. The amenities were perfect and because this is a family home, there were extras like spices, etc. They have made the effort for all the extra touches. The sun room was the most delightful room and brought us such joy. Nice and quiet neighborhood. We easily took the taxi into the city which did run about €30. Saajan was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would highly recommend this home for your stay!

The cottage was beautifully presented, with a welcome pack. There is plenty of parking, easy to find and using the lock box was very practical. Very peaceful location. The cottage was comfortable and a pleasant court yard to sit in the sun. It is a short distance from Dublin (we used the park and ride on the trams to go to the city) and the Wicklow mountains suited our requirements perfectly.

If you are looking for an excellent homebase for a city trip to Dublin, seek no further. I booked three nights at Bob’s and could not be happier with how my stay went. Bob’s an attentive host - there were complimentary drinks & snacks upon arrival, as well as a binder with information about transport, local gems and amenities in the house. The Coach House is bright, clean and hidden away from the road. It was the ideal place to retreat to after a day of exploring Dublin, Kilkea and Wicklow, we found. It’s located in a (gorgeous!) residential area and there’s a plethora of shops, bars and restaurants just a ten minute walk away. Bob and Julie-Ann were very communicative and proactive and made us feel at home without inconveniencing us whatsoever. We are already thinking of coming back to Dublin next year, and will definitely keep our fingers crossed The Coach House has some availability when we do! Thanks for the excellent care, Bob!

Jim's place was everything we hoped for. Jim is such a kind, friendly man who makes you feel so welcome. We loved browsing Jim's many collections & meeting all his animals. The outside seating area was a huge bonus & as the weather was so good, we could have happily spent our day there. We only had 2 nights at Jim's but really hope to come back sometime and spend longer there

We had a lovely stay at the Annex. The location is beautiful and peaceful - surrounded by green fields and grazing sheep, and is also a short drive from Navan, Ballymagarvey Village and sites like the Hill of Tara. The Annex itself was spotless and very comfortable. There was on-site parking, which was very handy. One of my favorite spots was the lovely side garden. It was the ideal place to enjoy a morning tea or coffee or just relax and take in the scenery. Our host, Fiona, was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. If you're looking for a relaxing escape in a picturesque setting, I highly recommend staying here.

This little cottage is a haven to stay in, so clean and comfortable and Carmella is a wonderful helpful host. Staying here made our first trip to Wicklow a very memorable one, would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this location. The apartment was nice and clean. Central location to our planned visits in Dublin. Henry was super accommodating, very responsive, and extremely helpful. We would recommend this listing to others visiting the area.

The apartment is super comfortable and very functional, the area is quiet, safe, pleasant and beautiful, close to buses, Eamon is very attentive, before leaving I washed my clothes and we liked that a lot, totally recommended, I would definitely return.

A great location for a stay in Dublin area. Direct bus route to city center. Restaurants and grocery stores close by. Would definitely recommend this place.

Steve is a rock star of Airbnb hosts. He is proactive, warm, provides a wealth of worthwhile recs, and greets you upon arrival and reviews everything about the house and area. Wow. He was accommodating with our schedule, which we really appreciated. He left some snacks and the house was stocked with essentials. When I emailed, he responded ASAP. Amazing. The apartment is sweet and has a charm. Highlight was the patio as we were blessed with beautiful weather. Loved the sauna! The apartment building itself is worn as is the staircase in the building and the stairwell. Feels like typical city living, but the area is great and easily walkable to most things. Furthest walk was the jail at 30 min but otherwise most things about 15, and Guiness Storehouse is around the corner. Grocer, great bakeries and coffee shops right out the door. All in all, an excellent stay.

Jane’s Airbnb was wonderful. It had a very pretty courtyard full of flowers. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen spacious and well equipped, the bathroom sparkling and bed linen great quality. Lots of thoughtful inclusions.

What a lovely stay! Darrah’s air bnb is clean, comfortable and cosy, and truly the nicest location, we found it easy to get around, we didn’t have the time to hang out in the bar below but everyone was really friendly, and we didn’t have any noise issues at all.. Howth is a beautiful place and would definitely stay here again!

Hosts were very responsive, we didn’t realize we would get to the Airbnb so quickly and we were a tad early but it was no issue.

Delightful cottage surrounded by greenery 30 minutes from the airport, we stayed 2 nights at the beginning of June at Lisa's. The house is on two floors, small but comfortable, warm and clean, with 4 beds. 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom is only on the ground floor, it can be inconvenient for those with toddlers with suicidal tendencies like ours. Lisa provides a baby crib, and her beautiful and well-kept garden with a tree house! 😍

Absolutely fantastic apartment. Was a really nice change from a hotel, had a homely feeling. Denise was so responsive with messages and proactively helped us prior to our arrival. Would stay again for sure.

Claire’s place was great! It’s close to many Dublin attractions was quiet and comfortable each night. Claire was very responsive and helpful throughout the check-in and checkout process. We had issues with getting online after landing in Ireland, and she was very quick to reply and help us get checked in.

Wonderful peaceful retreat outside of Dublin. It had everything we needed. We loved the surroundings. The hosts were so friendly and responsive!
