The house, from the early twentieth century, is spread over three levels, has been completely renovated, is equipped with all comforts and is 50 meters from the main street. On the ground floor there is an area with a sofa bed, wardrobe and bathroom. On the first floor bedroom overlooking balcony and bathroom. On the second floor there is a dining area with a small terrace overlooking the church of Sant'Antonio and the city rooftops.

In ancient times it was a Carretteria, a typical Sicilian structure, where the Sicilian carts were built and at the same time the straw was transported inside. There are many signs of that time, integrated in an atmosphere where you can breathe Sicily yesterday and today. The characteristic exposed stone, the peculiarity of the soft lights and the crackling of the fireplace, make the ambiance very romantic and characteristic.

The house is located in the heart of Ortigia close to Piazza Duomo, Teatro Comunale, Palazzo Bellomo, Palazzo Montalto, Piazza Archimedes Archimedean Museum, the Temple of Apollo. At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. L 'accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Angela and I shall strive for excellent reception.

Cozy and functional studio with a kitchenette, sitting area with a sofa and a big round table for four.
