This place was the perfect getaway. If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy the wineries this is the place. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back if we come down this way again!

We were very happy with the accommodations. There is plenty of room for a family gathering. We had a pre-funeral gathering of 10 people from all over the country and were very comfortable. The hot tub was great. It was too early for the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. This would be an excellent retreat for a family of six for an extended stay in the summer or winter. A great location for a private getaway. Close to Syracuse (20 minutes) for entertainment trips.

Our stay in this stunning farmhouse in Cazenovia is one my family will never forget! The home itself is a treasure and made us feel like we were in an HGTV episode it was so beautifully curated. It felt like true luxury. The amenities were above and beyond and there were cute little touches like a prepped jar of s'mores fixins for nighttime campfires. Our kids loved exploring the property the entire time—they didn't ask to watch TV for 3 days straight which has to be some kind of record! All in all, I highly recommend this property!

A completely renovated country house on a beautiful plot of land with a great view of Skaneateles Lake. This place has everything you need for a perfect Finger Lakes getaway- a lovely home, deck, pool, sauna... and that view! Really wish we had more time to enjoy it. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great property for me and party of 10 to just relax and rejuvenate before a big wedding. The highlight was the privacy, completely enclosed backyard with a pool so my girls felt safe & secure. There was more than enough space for all of us to get comfortable. Everything was labeled, which made it so easy to find things and know what we can and cannot use. While the price is a bit steep, it is well worth it if you’re considering hosting a larger group. I am from Syracuse and properties in the suburbs never miss! Thank you Chris.

Great summer getaway! Beautiful pool and hot tub which the girls loved. The boys on the other hand loved being right on the water and able to fish right off the dock. The house was beautiful, comfortable rooms and a huge kitchen. Plenty of outdoor space and seating. Also loved the fire pit. Mike was an excellent host and very responsive to questions!

This was a very beautiful nature space. When I walked in my first impression was the clean smell and open space. I was able to study for a big event and work while looking out at nature. I would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a retreat in the form of a home away from home, I highly recommend Waterfall House. The landscape, scenery, and waterfall provided a peaceful environment. The home is very well appointed, which made us feel at home and comfortable. Nice amenities. The waterfall provided a beautiful, tranquil sound that lulled us to sleep—no sound machine was needed. Plan to drive a bit for groceries and entertainment, but it's worth it. We stayed at the property for our son's graduation from Syracuse, so we had to factor in driving time. Still, it was a nice respite at the end of the day, and we enjoyed sitting near the window to watch the waterfall as we relaxed in the evening and over coffee each morning.

I loved my stay here! The backyard was wonderful for my dog, who was at the AirBnB for 2 out of 5 of our nights there. The house is so charming and spacious, and the WiFi was very fast. It is easily walkable to Syracuse University & the shops in that area. Would stay here again for sure!

If you are looking for a great place to stay on the river, you've found it! We have stayed at quite a few waterfront locations in the past and this is definitely a local gem. Don't hesitate booking your stay here soon!

We picked this Airbnb because of the location for visiting family and because it was beautiful, spacious, clean, and pet friendly. Alice & Jered were responsive with any questions we had. We mentioned traveling with a baby, and it was a wonderful surprise that there was a pack & play, high chair, & bouncy chair. That was so incredibly thoughtful. We didn’t end up cooking during our stay, but everything you’d need is there. We enjoyed the Keurig and the fridge door’s ice & water saved us money by not needing to buy that every day we were there (we bring our water bottles everywhere). The back patio & yard were beautiful as well. The only bad thing about it was leaving because we loved it so much. We would love to book again next time we’re visiting NY.

The Eagle View is an amazing stay. A great home away from home. With the amenities alone I did not want to leave. The jacuzzi and cow were my favs and the mattresses are a dream! Heather is so responsive and accommodating which made the stay so much more enjoyable during a difficult time.

We are so happy to have found this rental in Tully, halfway between my family of 5 from Ohio and my sister's family of 4 from Massachusetts! The house and property were beautiful and comfortable. The pictures do a good job showing the house, but it is more impressive in person. Our stay was full of outdoor adventures including hiking, paddleboarding/kayaking, s'mores at the fire pit, and exploring the nearby area. We also experienced wonderful live music: Friday night at Huega's Alpine and Saturday night at Beak & Skiff. Nate & Molly were responsive and helpful during our stay. Nate brought over some extra life jackets so everyone could be on the lake safely together and he also found an item we left behind and offered to mail it. I highly recommend staying at Heron's Landing.

My family and I were in town for my son’s graduation weekend. This house was a short drive from the Syracuse University, but in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Most importantly the house was clean, neat, and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything I needed. Holly was easy to communicate with and friendly. We really enjoyed staying in this house as our “home away from home” for the weekend.

Our stay was great from start to finish. The host was very communicative prior to check in and throughout our stay. I had a ton of questions and she took time to answer them all. She was accommodating to our situation and so sweet to wish our son good luck at his basketball tournament! The house was amazing, cozy clean and as my son said "staked". I couldn't find a light for candles, and the hosts dropped on a lighter with a new candle, with no interruption of the stay. Normally we go out to eat when we are traveling for tournaments but this place was so cozy we decided to make dinner there. We also brought our pups - and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure our fur babies had a wonderful stay as well. If we're ever in the area again we will booking here for sure! PS...the beds....oh the beds...were something from a dream.

The house was just as described. Everything was clean and functional. Gary was responsive when need be. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Immaculate. Glad they got A/C installed. Cafe/Bar across street was good food and fun with pool tables. Convenient to Syracuse and Oswego. Great restaurants in all three places. Mimi’s in Fulton has best breakfast. Cinnamon bread, toast, and waffles were my favorite! Thank you Jessica and Dennise for your hospitality. 5/5 Stars – A Perfect Family Getaway in Skaneateles, NY! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, upgraded home in Skaneateles! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained everything was. The house had everything we needed, and the thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. Our kids especially had a blast with the trampoline and playhouse in the yard—they couldn’t get enough! In the evenings, we enjoyed the serene campfire in the backyard, making s’mores and relaxing under the stars. The front pond added such a peaceful, picturesque touch to the property. We also appreciated how safe and family-friendly the house and neighborhood felt. It was the perfect setting for a memorable family trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
