We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Tlen DOM 1 base - deep breath in the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each house is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. The Tlen base is a place of year-round recreation. Bohema is a small wooden house of 35 sqm, created independently with the most cozy and natural climate in mind :) The main idea was to create a place to rest, with the possibility of admiring nature. Bohema is located in the picturesque village of Sierpnica, at an altitude of over 700 m above sea level in the Owl Mountains :)

Central Apartment

Central Apartment located in the heart of Jelenia Góra with a direct view from the windows to the Chapel of St. Anne and the Wojanowska Gate, which once guarded the entrance to the city. The brick walls of the historic tenement house hosted visitors over 140 years ago in the pre-war Central Hotel.
