Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ta Van

We recently stayed at a wonderful place in Ta Phin that truly exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, as it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Despite its serene environment, the place offers an affordable homey meal and a great-tasting wine! This place is ideal for anyone looking to relax, plan, or focus without distractions. The combination of tranquility and accessibility made our stay both productive and refreshing. Highly recommend it!

Hungs place was absolutely gorgeous. We felt very welcomed by the family and even had dinner with them. not only was the place super cozy and had an amazing view, but it also was a nice cultural exchange. Hung is one of the most friendly hosts i’ve had the pleasure of meeting with so far!

Il est inconcevable de visiter le Vietnam sans venir rendre visite à Zer et son mari Zang. Ils incarnent toutes les valeurs de ce magnifique pays à la perfection. D’une gentillesse inégalable, Zer a vraiment été aux petits soins avec nous… Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans le bel et propre Homestay et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Zer et Zang proposent également de cuisiner des menus vietnamiens traditionnels et ils nous ont même fait l’honneur de manger avec nous. Nous avons passé deux soirées extraordinaires en leur compagnie. D’autre part, Zer a été notre guide pour le trekking autour de Sa Pa. Elle nous a fait découvrir des sentiers incroyables où nous avons eu la chance d’admirer des paysages époustouflants et surtout, en étant tout seuls… ce qui était plus qu’appréciable ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander le Homestay chez Zer et Zang et surtout de vivre cette immersion avec cette famille vietnamienne formidable dans leur culture locale.

Yên’s place was a beautiful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Sapa. We really enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the clear instructions(including video) of how to find the property. It’s a basic accommodation close to nature but has the essentials like a hot shower, fan/heater, mosquito net, cooking appliances and cutlery to prepare small meals. Yên himself was very kind and attentive to our needs and would go above and beyond to make sure we’re were happy and comfortable.

Amazing stay for the 4 of us. Bathroom was very modern and clean, beds very comfortable. have to get a taxi every time we wanted to go into the city centre/eat (keep that in mind for transport costs). Host is very good with communication & very helpful. Overall a great experience!

Very nice place to stay, we really liked the heater in the bed which was very helpful for us that can’t handle cold weather. The room was very clean and match with the photos. The host was very kind and helpful, thank you

Neat, convenient, great price, and highly recommended. We only stayed one night but had a great experience.

I've booked this place in last minutes for my group and it did not make me dissappointed. It's very new place with good location. Just 5 minutes walk to the bus station adn about 10 minutes to the centre. The AC and hot water worked so well, and I loved the most balcony on the 2nd floor where I can have the nice view of the town and mountain. They also prepared snacks, coffee, tea at the guests room which is so realxing with sofas. It was tottaly worth the money!!

The apartment was fantastic with a beautiful view of Mt. Fansipan. The host was incredibly helpful as well with check-in, finding things to do around Sapa, and check-out. A cab was organized for us and picked us up at the bus station when we arrived. Grabs and taxis were available to get into town once we were already at the apartment (something we were initially worried about). The host also helped find us a local guide for climbing Mt. Fansipan. When we checked out a cab was arranged for us again to take us back to the city. The jaw dropping views from the balcony and living room windows paired with the hosts responsiveness and help made the trip to Sapa unforgettable!

Amazing stay with a stunning view! The place was clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery. Big thanks to the host for being really helpful—especially for helping us sort out motorbike rentals, which made getting around so easy. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would totally stay here again!

Beautiful house with 4 guest rooms on two floors outside the village on Tan Van. Location is great if you’re looking for a remote place. Amenities (restaurants, scooter rental, laundry,...) can all still be found within 100m radius. Host is responsive and helpful but not onsite. Employee very friendly but speaks little English. Only downside is that fellow guests did not realise how well everything can be heard across rooms and common areas. I recommend, would go back without a doubt.

One of the most memorable nature stays we've ever had. Van Anh, our host, was incredibly warm and helpful throughout our visit. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking — truly the highlight of our trip.
