Spent memorial weekend here and 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Very clean and beautiful scenery all around!

Thank you for hosting us. We had an excellent weekend of unwinding - dinner on the grill, hygge by the fireplace, then soaking in the hot tub after a long day. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely place to stay in Accord. There was plenty of room for my dog and three friends to be comfortable. The cottage is easy to find right off of Samsonville Rd. Check-in was simple, and we found the home well-stocked and well-appointed. Hill Road is extremely peaceful, with basically no through traffic, but it is still very easy to get back on the main roads. About 35-40 minutes to New Paltz, or 10-15 minutes to Accord Market, if you need to pick up supplies. It's a short drive to Minnewaska State Park, as well as a number of quaint farms and breweries. Would just note that the home does not have great sound insulation (I quite liked the rustic charm of the old timber) between rooms and floors, so it may not be ideal for all situations (babies, light sleepers, etc.). Overall, my friends and I had a great time and would love to stay here again.

This place was a dream getaway from the city. The cabin was cozy and easy to get to AND the sauna was a huge add to our stay. Would love to stay here again!
