From Cap Fréhel to Mont-Saint-Michel, enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Côte d'Emeraude. Discover also the Rance Valley and its small villages. Enjoy the vacation rental, its cozy courtyard and our heated swimming pool located in our garden, with access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. We can also enjoy it (4 people max), but in your absence, or according to convenience. A peaceful vacation in perspective!

This is the wing of our house in the heart of the village of Plouër-sur-Rance. Plouër-sur-Rance is a commune in the Côtes d'Armor department, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Dinan. You can also visit Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Fort-la-Latte, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Lancieux, and Saint-Cast. Plouër is located on the banks of the Rance River with a beach and a port. Plouër is a great place to live, with its friendly Sunday morning market at the foot of the church.

Petit havre de paix pour venir vous reposer et vous détendre. Le logement est équipé tout confort, avec cuisine aménagée et équipée. Calme, parfait pour un séjour en amoureux ou même pour le travail. Vous pourrez vous détendre dans le bain nordique(privatif) mis à disposition, offert une chauffe par jour. Piscine privative ouverte de juin à septembre Terrain de pétanque. Profitez d’un vidéo projecteur pour une expérience cinéma cocooning avec Netflix intégré. Le studio est sur ma propriété. Terrasse couverte privative au calme.Parking clos avec portail électrique. Idéalement situé entre Dinan, Dinard et St Malo pour une escapade romantique sur la Côte d’Émeraude. Jardin partagé avec Nuts, notre berger australien.

Small cottage between land and sea

Dans un petit hameau très calme entre Dinan (20 mn) et Saint Malo (15 mn), le gîte est un studio totalement indépendant sur notre propriété. Accessible par un escalier et sans vis à vis, il dispose d’un jardin privatif, lui aussi sans aucun vis à vis, avec table et chaises, parasol, table basse, transats, barbecue. La piscine, chauffée à 28 degrés, est ouverte du 22 juin au 8 septembre et partagée avec nous (qui y allons très peu), les voyageurs restant toujours prioritaires .

The village of La Richardais with its various shops within walking distance. Dinard Golf Course is a 10-minute drive away - Ciné Bowling Laser Game is 1 minute away

La Maison Rouge

Beautiful contemporary house, a few kilometers from Dinan and 25 minutes from the beaches. In the middle of a 10-hectare park, the house consists of: - 5 large bedrooms decorated and equipped with bathroom and toilet. - A huge living room, fireplace, library... - A large open and fully equipped kitchen. - A heated swimming pool (May/June/July/August), gym, paddle tennis court. House half price January/February/March/April/September/October/November.

Hunaudaye Gîte – Pool Domaine du Bois Riou Dinan

Quiet countryside, close to all amenities and must-see sites in northern Brittany. The La Hunaudaye gîte is perfect for families and comfortably accommodates 10 people. It is located in the heart of an estate on which there is also another cottage and the owners' house on 6 ha: woods, ponds, pasture with animals, covered play area and swimming pool (10*4 m, heated, covered in case of bad weather, from April to November) common to all guests.

The cottage is located 15 km from the center of Rennes. Our cottage is an ideal base from which to discover Brittany. Cancale, Saint-Malo, Golf du Morbihan, La Gacilly, Rochefort-en-Terre or Dinan and Fougères as well as the famous Brocéliande Forest.
