Monthly Rentals in Takate

Starting with the booking process, the host was very responsive and reached out almost as soon as I booked to welcome us into his place. He stayed in contact throughout, always responding with a couple minutes. The appartement is beautiful and located in an area both quite and high-end. it is nicely furnished from the spacious living room Salon to confortable beds ( master bed is big) to modern kitchen with all appliances and a big fridge. It was clean throughout and spotless. Everything worked from the AC units to the coffee machine with uses both capsules as well as regular ground coffee and can make espresso. We also made use of the stove, microwave and juicer to make freshly squeezed OJ. Good size TV in each room including a huge 75 inch in the living room, all worked. On our last day we were out till 6:30am and asked the host for an extension on check out which he agreed to. All in all it was a great stay and would gladly come back.

Very nice stay at Ali's. Shared apartment overlooking the beach, close to Aourir, Tamraght and Taghazout. Very quiet, clean and welcoming.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The villa is very large, the large living room with the living rooms and the billiards table is very nice. The pretty wooded garden is very well maintained as well as the pool by the caretaker Amou who is super kind and helpful, beyond what can be expected of him. Zina, the cook, delighted us with delicious Moroccan breakfasts and meals, adapted to our tastes and food feasts, all with a smile and unparalleled kindness. Mina and Assma, our on-site contact, are responsive and communication was easy and enjoyable. They do everything to make us feel well. The villa is on a quiet street but not too far from Agadir. There are many things to do in the area. We had a wonderful week and it was hard to leave this little paradise.
