Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Takura

The neighbourhood was so quiet. We loved sitting in the lounge area with the French doors folded up with the sheer curtains floating in the breeze! Such a peaceful stay for our anniversary. We brought our boat up and the driveway was long enough to fit the boat (5.5m) and my partners Ute. We had an issue on the first night with the hot water system failing, my partner had to have a cold shower. I messaged Sonya and she responded straight away and arranged a plumber to come round first thing in the morning. The plumber who came around was lovely! Once we came back from being out for breaky and exploring Hervey Bay, the plumber replaced the hot water system! Very happy I was able to have a warm shower to wash my hair haha. Thank you Sonya for getting that fixed asap!

Nice cosy house. Plenty of room so we weren't on top of each other. Great quiet spot.

The property exceeded expectations. everything was beautiful from the scented candles to the gorgeous bedding. The host was very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my hens night was perfect. She even gave me a beautiful wine glass as a gift and extended our check out so we could enjoy a much needed sleepin. We intend to return for a getaway in hotter months to take advantage of the pool and stay longer than one night. This was the best air bnb we have stayed at. the host was very friendly and responsive. highly recommended.

We were greeted by the co host at the door and shown the property. Beds were very comfy and kitchen had all you needed. Very quiet and peaceful. Drive to the esplanade did not take long with plenty of places to eat. 2 min drive to Foodworks and Chemist. Airport a couple minutes away. Lots of wildlife with chickens, sheep, horses and cows. Fresh milk, bread and also fresh eggs. House was extremely clean. We had a relaxing weekend and look forward to booking again in the future.

we only stayed one night but everything was perfect for our needs. everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Jackie was helpful and lovely.

Annette and Gary's accommodation had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. It's centrally located and within walking distance of coffee shops and local restaurants. We had a fabulous time, thank you 🙂

It's a good studio for visitors. Very close to the beach and too many good restaurants. Especially the Thai take away Hervey bay.

we loved this apartment. It's open plan living and double garage are so roomy! The outdoor area was great and Elizabeth and Bruce remembered us from our last visit with them! We have already booked with them again.

Lynne and Wayne's apartment was fantastic! Super clean, all the amenities we needed, beautiful views, great pool and excellent location. Honestly - what else could you need. Special touches we appreciated were the snacks and things for the fridge which made our next morning much easier after checkin!

Besides the beautiful location and views our unit was comfy, homey and very clean. Lots of little touches were included to make things really easy. We absolutely loved our stay and Sarah was an excellent host and communicator. I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah and the obvious care she puts in shone.

Family friendly apartment. We loved the location. So much to do and the little bonuses of games, tennis racquets, pool noodles and body board were a hit with my kids. Never been to Hervey Bay before and we will definitely be back. The beach was amazing and great for kids. Walked the sand banks and saw so much wildlife on land and in the water. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely stay in a great unit - picturesque outlook over the pools … my granddaughter loved swimming there! Well equiped - very friendly responsive host.

This Bnb was a beautiful place for myself, healing as an artist and to have friends pop in to feel the same energy was amazing. Waking up every morning looking out the balcony was like a painting as the day went by. Thankyou Gayle , my health has improved since an hoping this can continue. I recommend this BNB to anybody.

We loved this place. Walking distance to everything, cafes restaurants lovely beach over the road with the boardwalk. Place was very clean as was the linen, cushions and couch etc. home is well stocked with all of the basics but very generous supply. Dishwasher, wm and dryer were helpful. Welcome basket a nice touch to get you started. Location is fabulous. Would book again. Patio is lovely and all very private. Was just the reprieve we needed. A nice complex, quiet and easy to find. We met Helena and she was a gem. Highly recommend.

The apartment is great with the amazing location with overview over the pier. Is definitely the place that I’ll be coming back . Recommend to anyone that’s travelling in Harvey Bay
